Outstanding service from Horizon! I ordered the Bosch ConnectModule and later realized I needed the housing to finish the job. Both items were delivered incredibly fast, one after the other. My bike is now fully assembled and works perfectly. Exceptional speed and service!

No help or instructions on delivery
No help or instructions on delivery. Even after asking for delivery i was not given option for delivery. I had to pay for uber to pick the item from 50km away.
Communication was ineffective. All information needed was asked in separate emails instead of asking in one email.
Not very helpful stuff.
I was able to get the item somehow with paying extra and going through trouble.

Yes you supplied a delivery address that's how it works? Not sure what the issue was with your orders but looking at your account all the orders were shipped to the address you supplied and the shipping/tracking details were supplied for each item when they were shipped. The bike I ordered arrived safely and fully assembled (except the pedals). The assembly and delivery are additional charges but worth the extra expense.

Received my engwe engine pro 3.0 fully assembled and I love it! Initially received the wrong bike because engwe sent the wrong one and they look almost identical the issue was resolved very quickly.

Engwe LE 20 cargo bike
We bought a Engwe LE 20 cargo bike from Horizon and wanted to say their sales and support team are fantastic. The bike was delivered within a couple of weeks (China origin) but was damaged (broken rear battery mount). Horizon customer service (Mat) lliased with Engwe and arranged pick up and delivery of a replacement bike. This time all was well and we are very pleased with our new bike.

Good service and fast delivery
Ordered an e-bike from Horizon micromobility. Wanted to use my bike to work voucher it was no problem they were so helpful and friendly and receive the bike only a few days later would recommend

Excellent service from horizon, they kept me well informed regarding my bike order via NHS cycle scheme. The bike was assembled by them and delivered via there delivery service fully built and in excellent condition. I am very happy with my ado ultra.
