Bought an e-giftcard for £69 as a present, but we were unable to use it at the checkout as the page just refreshed each time. The email address isn’t monitored and just redirects you to their site, there’s no contact phone number and when you try to send an enquiry form online it just states it’s unable to send?! There’s literally no way to contact Hopsmore to place an order, and no way of contacting them to get a refund, it’s a scam!

Ordered as a gift. They didn't deliver it and then cancelled the order without explanation.Tried emailing and completing the online form on their website but neither work.

Quality product at reasonable price and prompt delivery.

Some lovely beers in this box! Surprisingly good considering the low cost. Freebie little beer bag was a bonus too!

The overall experience was very good. The disappointing issue was the late delivery by the carrier.

The order was for a delivery to my son for Christmas. It arrived perfectly in time well packaged. He thoroughly enjoyed your beers and brought some with him when he visited us. I tried three and they were lovely - most different to 'standard' ales. Well done!

wasn't meaning to buy anymore beer but was enticed by this great website with an amazing selection at a reasonable price. Glad i did the selection of beer in the christmas craft box was so varied and not a dud one amongst them, made for a very good experience over the festive season.

Great value box, perfect for Christmas

I received the order very quickly but it was two cans short on arrival, however, when they were notified of the error it was corrected without any fuss by the means of a refund for the price of two cans.
These were purchased a a present for my husband and he absolutely loves them.

The item was rejected by Yodel and returned to sender on 10/12/22 and received back by Hopsmore on 13/12/22, and yet they have been lazy and not bothered to contact me since. This is my father's Christmas present that they have screwed up handling and have not been proactive in contacting me to help. Now he will not get it on time. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: Seller has informed me that my box was returned to the warehouse. One of the beers within it is now out of stock, so well done there Hopsmore.

Delivery was a problem as the postcode was incorrect. Thanks to honest neighbours, we eventually got our delivery. The chat line kept cutting me off when I was explaining my problem with the delivery. Not tried the beers as they are a Christmas present.

I emailed you on Thursday 8th December to advise item not received , but am still awaiting your response / update .
