visited shop at Somerford, great shop. Unfortunately customer service was shocking. Felt like you were an inconvenience, especially when purchasing a hat and you needed to try it on as I have afro hair which my be styled in various ways so it has to be adjustable. Must have looked like I was trying to shoplift as the assistant kept following me around asking if they could help. Emailed to share my experience and they can not even be bothered to respond.

I was struggling to find specific Holland Cooper riding leggings for my daughter's birthday..... Even HC had sold out! I phone Hope Valley Saddlery, and they said the had ONE pair on their system.... they double checked by phone to the branch for me.... and only 2 days later I had them in my possession, wrapped and ready !!!! Total 5* service.... I'm so pleased - thank you for going above and beyond !!! Will defo use you again !!!

Fantastic Customer Service! I had a problem with a zip on a pocket of a recent jacket purchase which would not budge. The young man, in Customer Services could not have been more helpful and personally ensured that the last available replacement was stored under his desk until they’d received my returned jacket. He clearly went out of his way to make sure I had a replacement for the jacket that I’d ordered and kept me informed throughout the process. He was extremely polite, courteous and definitely went the extra mile. A shining example of Customer Service . Thank you Hope Valley Saddlery!

I cannot fault the customer service. They respond quickly by email and answer the phone if you need to call. Any queries have been easily resolved etc. by friendly and courteous people. I have had a few orders now and will definitely buy from this company again

Hello, i bought a Parka form Ariat. Then three weeks later, PayPal inform me, that the Hope Valley send the Money Back. Without any word why. And the Money wasn't komplett. Whats that? No kumunication , Not real payments. Realy Bad. After some Mails , there was nothing solution for me. I have paid 7, 22 Euro for noting. Be carefully, I have learnt the lession. Please excuse my english, I am Not a native speaker.

Ordered 2 liners in 2 different sizes one in stock one being sourced they kept in contact and after a few weeks informed me one wasn’t going to arrive that quickly did I was the 4ft9 one sent to keep my pony warm while waiting !!! Lovely service lots of emails .

Great site,reasonable prices and good delivery times

Returned an item and after much difficulty paid additional postage. That was four weeks ago. Nothing received and no communication. Pretty appalling and would not recommend. Seems like I’m not the only one with almost a third of their reviews being one star!!

Ordered my friends daughter a jacket and it was too small, so ordered a replacement on Saturday December 21st, wanted her to get it in time for Christmas, I couldn’t believe it when DPD messaged me on Christmas Eve and delivered it at 3pm! Enough time to wrap it and deliver in time for Christmas! It made a little girl very Happy. Excellent service, great company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like the huge shop at Somerford and the website also has an enormous range so we use nothing a lot. staff are sometimes not the best but overall good.

Ordered a rug to collect from Buxton. With it being busy with Christmas orders, and the Advent Calendar sale going on, I expected collection to be the full 5 days as stated. It was ready within 2 days! First class communication and service.

Love this store whether shopping in store or online, have never had anything but excellent service. Their advent calendar is fantastic with some excellent bargains to be had and they ship out so quickly!
