My second time at the summerford park site . Very rude and arrogant staff . Security pins all over the floor and to call a very obedient quiet nervous dog " that" was just disgraceful . Lost a sale today and will never visit again

They supplied the wrong product, it arrived incomplete, and even after evidence (including confirmation from the manufacturer), they refused to resolve the issue.

I rang to order a fly mask and was advised to order a size down from what I would normally order but that I could return it if it didn't fit. It doesn't fit but what is not explained is that you have to pay to return items and this is not refunded.

Second time I’ve ordered from Hope Valley had a great experience all round! Really quick to reply to any emails I sent them…. really happy with my purchases will definitely order from them again.

I experienced very poor and disinterested service from this company, despite spending hundreds of pounds over the past year buying goods from them. A good business reflects on customer service, and this company only appears to be interested in profit with zero customer service or assistance. I received a damaged item within my order, and was not offered suitable compensation or a replacement. In my opinion, I strongly feel this company is dishonest and I will never purchase from them again.

Rang the company to order a rug ..Spoke to a lovely helpful man (Think his name was Ralph ) ..He checked if it was in stock and then passed me on Ebony ..She was so pleasant to deal with and my rug arrived within 2 days ..Would 100% deal with this company again ..You have made my daughters Xmas ..Thank you

Bought 2 new hats recently, had to do a number of interactions with the stores and customer services to arrange holding certain low stock sizes and collecting items and discounts- everyone was super helpful and knew what was going on so that was really great!

The worst customer service!
Order was placed on 11th November, received communication to say there was a problem with my order 6 days later, 1 item was out of stock but they never sent the rest of the order, did not get a response to the email I sent stating the alternative I wanted low and behold they claimed the email was never received even though they admitted they could see it in the email thread. 10 days down the line and I still had not received anything. ruined 2 events my daughter was meant to attend and left me severely out of pocket (£120). Chased up and was told I had to pay the difference on the alternative I chose (£12 but they would meet me half way at £6)
I said I wanted to make a formal complaint and a full refund for the missing item would suffice, apparently the manager was away, chased up today and they said there was no need for the manager to contact me… what a way to run a business. To top it off order finally arrived and 1 of the items was damaged and would have been easily visible before being packed and sent.
They really should make it clear that not all items on their website are actually in stock even if it says they are.
As many others have stated the same problem as me, don’t hold much faith the internal investigation they have done to make sure it doesn’t happen again will work.

Had a small issue with an order, emailed about the problem and got a response quickly offering to exchange the items in question. Got an update when the items I posted back had arrived and the replacements were sent out the same day.

Placed an order 5 days ago no email to say it had been disptached or any further communication to let me know whats happening with my order this is the 3 rd time I have had to chase up orders customer service is so poor I shall not be ordering from you guys in the future .

Customer service was excellent. Was hesitant to place an order after reading some of the reviews, but glad I did. Service was excellent and delivery was quick, will be ordering again in the future.
