Needed tickets for my wife and me to Brazil, leaving on different dates but returning on the same date. Searched through Skyscanner which I read about in an article on CNN.com and found flights. The booking took me to Hop2 and the customer service rep is named Gerald who helped me get a price with checked baggage. He was very helpful. This was just a few minutes ago, so we will see how the issuance of tickets goes. So far, so good ...

I booked flight almost 20 hours ago and still no ticket issued. All the follow up channels i tried and my experience is same and painful frustrating as previous 2 reviewers. Can someone help to get me the ticket or advice what is going on?

Still pending to see what will happen. I booked a multicity flight to the Balkans from Los Angeles. I booked two tickets with two different airlines for roughly 1100 dollars USD.
After paying and seeing the charge on my card I got an email from them saying they cannot book the flight I just paid for, and they offered me another flight which is over 700 dollars USD more. I also paid for extras to diminish flight change costs if needed as well as other protections. This is so disheartening and does not look good.
UPDATE: Have had HOP2 reach out stating they could not refund me and now I have to dispute the transaction with my bank to cancel the charge of over 1000 USD. Horrific service, misleading pricepoints, and then they try to upsell me when they do not have the tickets they listed on their website. Would give this website 0 stars if possible.
UPDATE 2: I am in contact with the fraud division of HOP2 and my bank attempting to get over $1000 USD which has now shown up as charged in my bank. Additionally, in response to your response how do you think it is lawful/morally okay to try to upsell a flight for 700 dollars within minutes of booking a flight.

I booked flights to New Zealand with HOP2 and was so happy at first.
Due to circumstances beyond hop2's control my Feb 14 flight had to be re-booked. They told me they could get me on a Feb 25 flight. 8 days later I am still waiting for confirmation.
They keep giving me the run-around saying that they are waiting on the airline due to a "booking class" that could cause issue.
We spoke to Air New Zealand and they said that is not a valid issue.
On their Online chat I keep getting scripted answers and empty promises. When I call I get put on hold for hrs and get no response. Then they e-mail saying they tried to call and were unsuccessful, as I am on hold with them.
Then they came back and said they could not get me on the Promised Feb 25 flight and put me on a Feb 28 flight.
Save yourself the headache, choose another booking agency.

Please save yourself a nightmare. This place has the worst customer support. They cancel our connecting flights and they have no interest in helping us fix the issue. We have spent endless hours on the phone with them without a solution.Everyday they say give us 48 hours. Nobody knows what is going on. Seriously pay a little bit extra but use a reputable place like Expedia, Priceline or the airline directly.

Nigel is a gem!! You can say what you want to about this company - I have read the reviews - it’s all about how you treat people …. HE was so professional and courteous!! Ovago did a tremendous job for me and I would use them again no problem. Treat people kindly … they have a hard job and mistakes get made. This website are a bunch of crooks booked a flight at five in the morning currently 2:21 well past nine hours I kept on checking my email so I contacted them now they tried to renegotiate up in the fee even though I have a confirmation in email which I took a screenshot of I think this company may bait and switch or sell you a ticket contact you like they did trying to rebook to save me money with a bunch of connection flights I finally told him no I am fine with what I booked. I want what I booked send me the tickets and then they tried saying well it timed out come on that’s such BS if there was an issue, I would’ve gotten an email if it timed out I would’ve got an email saying it timed out try again not a confirmation like I have.

In short:The BEST customer service I’ve ever had with any platform, and they far far exceed my expectations.
Not only did the HOP2 team went above and beyond to help me resolve my dire situation that was the fault of another flight company, they even took it upon themselves to call back, and followed up keep me up-to-date on the progress of the issue.
Big big thank you to AYESHA, who not only assisted me from the start to finish, she turned what was a very bad situation (again, at the fault of ANOTHER flight company) to what was one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve been stuck in the airport of another country for 5 days.
HOP2 have earned themselves a loyal customer, and I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

I'd give them 0 stars if possible! I booked a flight to DAC from RDU for $3143. The price was $1001/pp and $3003 for all 3 but when I clicked the confirm button, it said the price has gone up and I'd have to pay $140 more for the same tickets. Still did that. But when I checked the email, it said they allow only 1 checked bag whereas all international flights from the USA allow 2.
RED FLAG!
Contacted them and they said, I'd have to pay extra for that. So told them to cancel the booking. Now they said, they'd charge $150 for all 3 tickets or $50/pp as a processing fee. Argued with rep and he lowered it down to $30/pp.
They are frauds, never book with them.
The whole thing happened within 2 hours of me booking the flights, not even 24 hours later.

Hop2 customer service changed & confirmed my family tickets denied by a second airliner (Iberia) ,originally bought, claiming that 5 hours stop over is not enough to change a flight, The flight is 5 months away from today.
Thank you for changing my flight without extra payment with a better flight. Anyway, today I can sleep without stress. Things happen as they say.
