I have had an incredible experience since starting my low dose accutane journey with Honeydew. It had been about 5 months, and I have noticed an incredible difference in my skin. The care coordinators and doctors are very responsive and helpful!

So far I’ve been loving honeydew. I was very nervous to start accutane outside of a dermatology office, but trying to get it through derm clinics was a nightmare. They genuinely don’t listen to you and I truly feel like they were just trying to make money off of me for years being on prescriptions (that barely helped) that I’d have to stay on forever. I’ve suffered with acne for years and now at 27 I shouldn’t still be struggling with it, but they refused to prescribe me what I asked for. After a lot of research, I decided to try honeydew who has a much more progressive approach for the med, they offer microdosing options or regular options and honestly it’s so great to finally get a medication that will rid me of acne forever and I don’t have to be on it for a lifetime. The process so far has been incredibly easy and they do all the things your regular derm would do. They follow your health very closely, still have monthly blood tests, ipledge, and they even give personalized tips for the process. I feel extremely safe doing it through them (which is so important for this med) and even BETTER is their communication. My gosh trying to get a hold of your regular dermatologist for a simple question is the worst but with honeydew my questions are always answered instantly. Samantha is my care coordinator and she’s the best, she’s super kind and always gives thoughtful, in depth answers and gets in touch with my doc right away. I also love my dermatologist dr gevoy, she’s super helpful as I go along my journey. I would recommend this to anyone—they genuinely listen to you and are flexible with what you need. I do have to pay monthly for the service but it’s honestly worth it because at the end of the day it’s saving me more to do accutane and be done with acne meds eventually. Oh also they accept insurance which is great. I’ve only just started my journey but im very happy I chose them!

The customer service is amazing! My care team always replies super quick at any time of the day, and they’re always friendly and helpful. I can ask any question and they respond with grace. The convenience of doing my Accutane treatment online with Honeydew is worth the subscription price absolutely. I haven’t had a complication from their end yet.

My experience with honeydew thus far has been a life changing experience. From being insecure about my acne to becoming the most secure confident woman I will be. I want to thank my care coordinator for being patient with me . I highly recommend very stress free website easy to navigate.

I'm currently on my 5th month of accutane, 3 of which I've done with Honeydew. I switched from a normal dermatologist, which was inconvenient (had to miss work for appointments) and twice as expensive as Honeydew. The only thing is that the tracker and things to do would only align with new accutane users, and was a little confusing for me having already been on accutane for 2 months. However, my care coordinator and dermatologist are great and very responsive when I have questions about these and anything else I have. Highly recommend!

When I first chose HoneyDew for my son, I thought it would be quick, as most online services are. No chance. So just be prepared for 2 weeks before you see your medication. And that was with me responding instantly to my tasks. Check your chat because It can say " NO TASKS needed at this time" yet in CHAT you will see you are required to do things to move forward. They move at their own speed once you pay for everything. It is a legit company and fine outside of that. Set expectations at a snails speed.

The providers are super responsive and attentive. They are always willing to answer any questions I have and are great with keeping me on track. My skin has definitely improved!

I’ve been using honeydew care for about a month now and everything about the service has been amazing! I’ve tried everything from topicals, diet change and oral antibiotics and some of them may work but the moment you stop the pimples come right back. The staff here at honeydew care has been very attentive and responsive to my every need. I highly recommend them to anyone that is on the fence about starting accutane or any other acne treatment!

My experience has been wonderful. My providers and care partners have helped me get exactly what I needed for my skin care and without them I will not be at the point that I am now, and I am so graciously appreciative of them and all the hard work.

Sent over $100 and received nothing. After paying for a subscription and bloodwork I was told they could not provide me a subscription because my ipledge had a different doctor which I could not change. Ok sure what ever but 1. why wasnt my ipledge checked first? 2. Why was I not issued a refund?

I am going into my third month on Accutane and Honeydew has been a great experience so far! My care coordinator, Kaitlynn, has been nothing short of amazing. She has helped me work things out with insurance when things can get frustrating and has always made sure I get my medication on time. I highly recommend Honeydew for anyone who is struggling with cystic acne and wants to try something more effective. I've been sticking with 20 mg so far (female, 119 lbs), and with patience and lots of sunscreen, my skin has improved so much!

I struggled with scalp psoriasis for a long time and haven’t addressed it due to the high costs of dermatologists. Found honey dew and got medication for it and it has helped so much I don’t remember the last time I had relief from the itching. This is affordable and the real deal if you want to cut cost down!

Their partner pharmacy, Adelaide Apothecary, was also incredibly responsive, affordable, and committed to delivering the medication within the tight ipledge windows. I’m so happy with the results, my skin is finally completely clear! I will definitely be back in the future if I have any other acne issues that come up.
