I highly recommend this team ! I rented a flat for my Erasmus exchange at Glasgow with my friend, and how lucky we were to find out how lovely was the landlord Emma, and how pleasant was our stay at this accommodation. Emma and his family were always there to help us whatever the problem. She gave us good tips concerning the council tax exemption, she was there when we received a delivery before our arrival in the UK. You can’t ask for better when you are a tenant. Thank you for everything !!

I am a french student and did an Erasmus exchange in Glasgow. I rented a flat with my friend from Emma and Craig and they were extremely kind with us. They helped us a lot all along our journey by remaining available for any services or advices: they received a delivery before our arrival in the UK, they helped us getting a council tax exemption, they always answered us very quickly whenever we needed some help, and a loot more !
You can realIy trust this team and I highly recommend them !

Emma is the best landlord I could have ever asked for, I am an exchange student in Glasgow and was worried I wouldn’t be able to find housing at a reasonable price but lucky me I found Emma and Clyde Arc Letting! Not only is the apartment in great condition, but Emma and Craig have been super helpful with addressing any (minor) issues that have arisen during my stay at the flat. They’ve also been kind enough to give me recommendations/tips on how to get around Glasgow! I would absolutely trust them with anything, and I can not recommend them enough! It is an amazing memory for me. Among so many viewings of flats for rent, and being exhausted searching in various locations in Glasgow, we had the chance to secure a view with this agency. The first meeting was warm and friendly. They accepted our offer to rent the flat. Before moving in, everything had been prepared for a living, and each item that needed repair was fixed.
Each and every scheduled activity happened exactly on time. The most important point is that I enjoy their support for many things. There is no single issue to which I refer them, and I do not receive an honest and friendly response. All of our inquiries are answered quickly. Finally, you can count on their words, and trust them for what they are going to provide.

Wonderful first class service from both Emma and Craig! They manage all aspects of my property rental quickly and efficiently.
