As a new landlord without any prior experience of letting out a property I came to Clyde Arc as a novice. They were fantastic - really friendly and helpful throughout and gave me all the guidance and help I needed to get set up. They took on all the initial tests and made sure the flat was fully compliant and they carried out a thorough search for tenants with all the necessary due diligence. It was so great not to have to worry about all that and good tenants were found really quickly. As a new landlord who was feeling quite apprehensive about the whole business of letting out a property I am so happy with my experience with Clyde Arc who made everything so easy and I feel so reassured by their handling of everything. So far so good. First time long term letting for us, tenant found quickly for the price we wanted. Entry date also what we needed. Arranged compliance checks and fixes efficiently. Good communicators. Almost forgot to mention Craig's video tour, I was very impressed with the quality.
