Poor service
Wanted tv mounted on wall and cables hidden. Advert implied tv mounting and cables hidden was their forte. Installers arrived said no we only put up the tv brackets, don’t do cables etc and promptly left

These guys blew me out 2 days in a row…
These guys blew me out 2 days in a row - and I wasted 2 days of my life, staying home for them.
Their online/phone booking process seems really efficient - but this does NOT translate into quality/reliability of service. I can't help feeling that they really don't care whether they keep an appointment or not!
That said, having seen other bad reviews citing perceived overcharging etc, I feel I've had a lucky escape - by refusing to deal with them any further.

We take appointments and our customers time seriously, so we’re disappointed to hear that we did not meet the standard of service you expected. We also appreciate you sharing your concerns about other reviews, although each customer’s circumstances are different.
Main tv losing signal
My problem was with my main tv that had a picture that kept pixelating or signal dropping out altogether. It is one of three tvs in the house and the other two were working fine. The engineer, Lee, came out promptly and eventually diagnosed a splitter box in the loft wrongly wired. He corrected it and re-tested all the tvs to make sure they were all working with a strong signal. He also diagnosed that my old Freeview box I use for recording was actually degrading the signal to the tv. I may replace it if it starts to become a problem. I am very satisfied with the service and can highly recommend Lee who is one of the engineers who service the Herts/Beds area.

This company took advantage of a 89 old woman, who was vulnerable and paid over the odds for a tv ariel .
They wouldn't let me talk to a manager, and gave me a fake email address to complain to , the price of £480 was extortionate

No show 2 times, then price doubled
No show 2 times, despite me waiting in all day. When they did arrive on the 3rd, I learned that the sales person had quoted me the "bare minimum price" to get the engineer through the door, despite that price clearly not meeting my specifications. Price doubled once they got in and factored in what I was asking for.
