Would highly recommended,fast service.Richard the guy who came to do the work very friendly and helpful, I rang company to ask for quote on a aerial as my freesat kept freezing,when Richard arrived he asked what the problem was,when I explained he had a look at my sat dish and said you just need a new reciever arm,yours as a hole in it.
Did the work and set tv up to wifi for me,as I'm a OAP. all working great now.

Outrageous Price
Good quality work and a personable, helpful engineer but the price was outrageous.
I would happily allow this firm to give me a free quote for future work that I could then compare with other quotes but the existing arrangement of a high call-out charge and then high charges on top does not work for me.

We would just like to clarify that we do not have a standard call out charge. The majority of our services start with a free quotation, allowing customers to consider and compare the cost before proceeding.
A charge only applies where an engineer is required to attend specifically for a diagnostic visit, where the purpose is to investigate and identify an existing fault or issue. Any applicable diagnostic charge is explained to the customer before the visit is arranged.
We appreciate your comments regarding pricing and understand the importance of being able to compare quotations. We’re grateful that, despite your concerns about the cost, you were happy with the standard of work and our engineer’s approach.

Difficult one this one!!! Constructive feedback. Customer service initially very prompt indeed in returning my enquiry (rang back 8.15 on a Saturday).
Looking at other reviews same issues crop up all the time. Required 85m ethernet cable around the garden and connecting both ends
My expereince was no different ultimately
Planned a visit to assess the work. Visit occurred as agreed with the promise of an invoice which was never sent.
Chased this up twice (once by email) then with the engineer/operative who first came round. Told the job was about a @ £900 ish the day before installation (VAT not specified) .
Rang customer service for precise estimate who said it was actually £950-90 plus VAT.
Granted I was told it was a 2 man job (HEALTH AND SAFETY) and the 85m ethernet cable came in a 100 m reel for £350.
Bought the cable myself and installed it with help for £150!!!

We acknowledge your concerns regarding the quotation process and the delay in providing the invoice following the initial site visit. We also appreciate that the eventual pricing, particularly the VAT element, was not communicated as clearly as it should have been. We understand how frustrating it is to have to chase for information and then receive a figure that differs from the initial indication.
The requirement for two engineers was based on the practicalities and safety considerations of carrying out the work, and the quoted cost also included the supply and installation of the required cabling. That said, we accept that the breakdown and basis of the quotation should have been made clearer from the outset.
We’re sorry that you ultimately decided to purchase the cable yourself and complete the installation with assistance. Your comments have been noted and will be used to review how we communicate quotations, VAT, and installation requirements with customers.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY , DO NOT TRUST THEM . They are con artists and a joke. The quote i was given was £99 for a basic tv install and tuning of a 32 inch tv . No need for a wall bracket as already had one . The engineer was rude , and rushed the job , he barely did anything complained about having a cold . He did not use his common sense and did not supply us with a double ended cable to fit in back aerial socket and the now box. He suddenley said it was £239 a massive increase . He didnt give a run down or leave an invoice . Had a second opinion from an independent engineer , he was brilliant and only charged £60 . I do not recommend this company at all . Robbers

HomeVision are fantastic! The service was second to none. I was able to make a simple call to them and arranged a next day appointment for an investigation into my current aerial’s operational status and to install aerial points to 3 rooms. My existing aerial was not working and it was found to be fully waterlogged after initial investigation and diagnostics, and needed replacing entirely. Mitchell the engineer who attended had everything he needed to proceed with him in the van and replaced everything with high rated components and fitted the 3 aerial points, all within 2 hours. He was very friendly and professional and even tidied and cut out all the redundant cables etc. leaving my house better looking and tidier than before he started. I would highly recommend using HomeVision, you won’t be disappointed.

Very pleased overall with my install
Very pleased overall with my install, I did have a small issue, but they came back and sorted it at no extra charge so can't complain. Have a nice fast 2gb connection speed 3 floors up now. Overall happy with choosing home vision, very polite and helpful staff.
