Positive

Positive: Tech was good. He fixed our small problem and showed us how to fix it on our own in the future.

Negative: We had no use of our kitchen sink for an entire day.

Poor Service

Poor Service
Home Serve was contacted on May 14, 2026 for the issue. Advised it was a sewage pipe backup and there was a smell. I was advised they would have someone out soon and would contact a 24 hour provider. Never heard anything. After several more phone calls I was finally put in contact with Haynes Brothers plumbing. They advised they were not a 24 hour company and no weekends. Also, requested a camera to come out to see the problem. Haynes never responded till May 19, 2026 with a sewage smell in the house it took that long for someone to come out, plus a blockage/back up. They came out and had no camera and just old equipment. They snaked the pipe and said it was a blockage 45 feet out from the house and required a dig up. They advised they did not do that type of work and would contact Home Serve. Also, was told two different things by their company: one did not have a camera to scope the pipe and second statement was their camera was broke. So, did not hearing anything for awhile. Called Home Serve again and again. I was told it was upgraded to a Level 2 on two different occasions. Requested a company to come out with a camera to scope the pipe. Was told P & D or something was coming out to scope the pipe and fix the issue. Never heard anything after several phones calls again. I was told P & D did not have a camera. Advised Level 2 again. Did not hear anything again. Made calls to your company and was told The Plumber Guys would be out and they were 24 hours and had a camera. I got ahold of the Plumber Guys they advised they were not a 24 hour company and no weekends. So, after about four days they responded out. They did not have a camera as well. However, stated it was only a blockage about three feet down and just needed a new piece of pipe and a new trap. However, they had to call into Home Serve with an estimate etc.... After several more days and more BS from your callers who were nice, but no responses as to who or went someone was coming to fix the problem. This was after being told Level 2 again. After awhile I spoke to a Brad from your company who was very helpful. But after he emailed my concerns to someone, Helen from your company. She finally contacted me and a couple of days later The Plumber Guys responded and resolved the problem. The problem took from May 14, 2026 to June 4, 2026 to resolve. The whole time the house smelled of sewage. The Plumber Guys were good, Helen and Brad were nice. However this problem took way to long to resolve, causing health concerns. Being put on Level 2 several times and taking 24 hours to 48 hours for call backs after repeated calls. First of all your company needs update their profiles your plumbing contactors. I was told all three companies, Haynes, P & D, and The Plumber Guys were all 24 hour 7 day a week plumbing outfits. Plus each had a camera to scope the pipes to find the issues. Not one company was 24/7 and not one company had a camera to scope the pipes. What a nightmare it took to fix a problem with a smell of sewage in the home. If I did not keep calling the problem would still not resolved as of this date, June 9, 2026. Thank God the backup did not make it into the house, but the smell sure as hell did!!!!

Great and Simple Service!

Great service! What I liked best other than that they took care of everything was that they would contact the contractor who would respond to them despite ignoring me. They made sure all was taken care of. Very appreciated.

They arrived when they said they would
