Very poor quality goods that look nothing like the website. Owners very reluctant to refund and pull the classic scammer trick of offering a discount rather than a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I've purchase a Boho Mushroom Lamp on teir site. The photo of he product showed a stainglass quality lamp and I've paid £44.95 for it. What was delivered to me is totally not as described. It's a 14cm cheap plastic or resin ugly object that worth a pound. I sent 3 emails asking for return and refund to the company without any answer. Then I got a respose with the offer of £13 refund! It's a total cheating.

Expecting two beautiful lamps made of glass and metal . Received after a 2 week delivery time ( China ??) 2 ting plastic objects not fit for purpose . E mails not responded to . Have posted them back to The address on the label . So awful wouldn’t give them to a charity shop . Facebook should not use companies like this to scam people in the UK

The lamp is cheap plastic and not like the pictures at all. Overpriced trash. Company doesn't respond through its contact us page and emails bounce back. Avoid this is a scam.

I purchased a lamp on Oct 6th which has never arrived. No response from the company. On phone to credit card company to try and get a refund.
Update it arrived Oct 26th.
Looks like something you could buy from a poundshop. The return email supplied on the website does not work..received a message undeliverable response.
I have submitted a dispute through my bank.
NB: Please see below what I found online about this company.
Home Olivia London is heavily reported by consumers as a scam website. While the website advertises high-end handmade homeware and claims they are closing down after 27 years to offer up to 80% off discounts, independent customer reviews and corporate records indicate that it operates as a deceptive dropshipping storefront.

The product is nothing like described what should be a nice glass Tiffany style yorkshire terrier lamp ia in effect a plastic replica rip off. 39.95 down the drain. Only fit for the bin.

Misleading Advertising and Description Of Goods One Big Scam

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Home Olivia London. The website show colourful, detailed lamps supposedly made from genuine stained glass.

The goods supplied are completely different. They are cheap plastic items. The quality is extremely disappointing and poor, and look nothing like the premium products advertised on the website.

The products are not as not as described, and I have requested a full refund, which is proving to be extremely difficult.

I am posting this review to warn other potential customers not to purchase anything from this fraudulent company. The difference between the advertised goods and the actual good you received is appalling.

I hope this company shows some decency and accepts my return request and issue a full refund under their 30 day money back guarantee but I some how doubt this will happen, because so far they have not responded to my emails.

Buyers be warned

Do not buy the so called glass coloured lamps that they say were originally over £150.They took £45 & sent a plastic toy worth a pound.
I am fuming as so many people are being ripped off .

Misleading Advertising – Cheap Plastic Items Nothing Like the Photos

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Home Olivia London. I paid £80.91 for two owl lamps advertised as beautiful stained-glass lamps. The website images show colourful, intricate lamps that appear to be made from genuine stained glass.

What arrived was completely different. The owls are small, lightweight-looking plastic ornaments with a painted-on imitation stained-glass effect. The quality is extremely disappointing, and they look nothing like the premium products advertised on the website.

I feel completely misled by the product photographs and description. Had I known what I was actually going to receive, I would never have spent my money on these items. They certainly do not represent the quality or value I expected for £80.91.

I consider the products to be not as described, and I have requested a full refund, including delivery charges, with the seller covering the cost of return postage.

I am posting this review to warn other customers to be very careful before ordering. The difference between the advertised images and the actual items received is shocking. I would not recommend purchasing these lamps based on my experience.

I hope the company resolves this matter promptly and provides a full refund.
