A friendly, efficient and professional job from start to finish. A very competitive quote and agreed on a fitting date. Billy turned up on time and ready to go. Was very friendly and professional. Homeheat’s electrician even found a fault in our wiring that had been missed on previous servicing visits from another company. Fault was rectified with minimum fuss and the fitting was completed. Billy took the time to point out to me where our old boiler was failing and why. Old boiler and all rubbish was removed. Excellent service throughout. I cannot recommend Homeheat highly enough for any boiler and heating issues.

Great from start to finish. We wanted to replace our boiler, since the old one was on the way out. Homeheat gave us a very competitive quote and explained everything in advance. The installation went extremely smoothly (even went above and beyond, looking into a problem we had with one of the radiators). Very professional and friendly - great combination. Would highly recommend.

1. Quotation of the job costs and requirements done by photos sent with my requirements by Kevin who is one of the most helpful and responsive managers I've dealt with. This makes it quicker and easier to decide and approve the work.
2. Job scheduled for completion within 5 working days. the administration staff were very helpful to ensurre a speedy repair.
3. The 2 engineers (Billy and Paul) arrived early on time with all the appropriate parts and materials to complete the work in a one day visit. They were very professional in provision of coverings to ensure cleanliness at all times. they were very knowledgeable, engaging and professional in the repair work they completed to get my hot water tank replaced and a new ballcock fitted to my cold water tank.
4. On completion of the work all tests were completed to ensure everything worked as designed. All debris was removed and the work areas cleaned prior to departure.
5. The billing was as per the quotations with no surprise add on to cost etc.
I previously used Homeheat to install my boiler in 2018, carry out annual service of same and had no hesitation in selecting them for a quote and as a preferred repairer to complete the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to use their services.

It was very daunting choosing an installer to replace my boiler, but Kevin at Homeheat was by far the most courteous and knowledgeable, and actually didn't push to replace my boiler! He explained different options, and was honest about risks etc. In comparison, no other company (4 in total!) even discussed another option to replacing my boiler. In the end I decided to have a new boiler installed, and going with Homeheat was a 'no brainer'. On the day the two engineers arrived at 8am and completed same day. The guys were really nice and did a fantastic job. Post installation, the company called me to make sure I was happy, following which they registered the guarantee and promptly sent out the paperwork.....all before I had settled the invoice! I look forward to Homeheat servicing my boiler for many years to come - to date their service and customer experience is second to none. The team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process of selecting the perfect boiler for my home. They took the time to understand our needs and provided expert advice and guidance.

Installation day was smooth and efficient. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly, and worked diligently to ensure everything was set up correctly. They took the time to explain how the new system works and answered all my questions, making sure I felt comfortable with the new setup.

Our new Vaillant boiler replaced our old boiler, inside the same 'hi-end' kitchen cabinet. We live on the fourth floor, and the new boiler had to connect exactly to the existing flue pipe and still fit within the cabinet. The kitchen cabinet was disassembled and the new boiler was installed. There were no problems and no leaks. The team worked a full day (because of the cabinet), They would not leave until they were certain that every radiator was filling correctly, and that we knew how to program the heating. The team worked intensely and were very pleasant. Next morning, our own joiner came to adjust the cabinet (as planned) and had it up on the wall around the boiler in 90 mins. Rang Barry Murphy for a gas boiler service on 17/01 and arrived on the 20/01. Work carried out and explained what he was doing and replaced the pump that was not fit for purpose. Would highly recommend Barry as I will be using him for my yearly service going forward

Two fitters arrived at the time they stated, to do a boiler swap. They worked till 19.00 explained how to work the controls and left ,spot on.

I called Homeheat Ltd on the 30/12, Kevin came out to check the old boiler on the 03/01, brand new boiler installed on the 10/01/25 and they even repaired one of my radiators while they were here. Work was carried out to a very high and professional standard. Customer service from the office was excellent. I would definitely use Homeheat again and can highly recommend them.

From the moment I contacted Homeheat about installing a new boiler, I have nothing but praise for them. Each and every member of staff is willing, courteous and helpful, from the Office Staff, to the Engineer, to the Salesman, to the Electrician. Nothing was any problem for any of them and they did everything to make the whole process smooth and "painless". I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in future and thank them all for a job well done. All turning up on time, as promised, minimal disruption during the work being carried out, and the place being left spotless when finished. Congratulations to the whole team. You could certainly teach some others how a business should be run. And the icing on the cake was the very competitive price.

Hassel free installation and were willing to go through a complex process of an insurance claim which made it difficult for them. Great after service care. Cannot rate highly enough.
