Ordered 2 bathroom vanities online on a Sunday evening. They were delivered on the following Wednesday. VERY FAST service! Items were awesome.

I would be happy to review my purchase, but it has not arrived. I ordered a double vanity and sink on Oct 9th and have received no further communication from your company. I have no idea when to expect delivery. I guess I have to call. There should be some follow-up emails after the initial order is placed so I have some idea when to expect delivery.

The quality and price of the mirror and vanity were great, the communication after the order was placed let a lot to be desired. I placed the order, received an email that it was placed then nothing. Never received any emails on shipment and I had to make three calls to get an update. Pretty frustrating and they only deliver to the curb, you have to figure it out from there.

Everything was delivered quickly & was packaged for no damage. Items were exactly as described. No surprises.

I am remodeling and putting our house up for sale--so are under a time constraint. I ordered a 30" vanity last weekend. The website said the vanity was in stock and would take 3 days to deliver. On Monday I called to verify the order and delivery date and was told the vanity was not in stock and would be a month to come in. At this point, I was running out of time. The manager at the Orlando store tried to help us by suggesting the 2" vanity, which he shipped right away. Although the vanity is nice, we have had to make several changes in the bathroom because the vanity is really too small. If we had known the vanity was not in stock, we would have ordered elsewhere.

People were very good to deal with. Product was delivered the day that they said it would be. Looks wonderful.
My complaint comes from the fact that there are no printed instructions so everything does not make sense. The website shows "product video" but it cannot be accessed. This slows down the entire assembly process.

I purchased a double vanity without a top and two vanity mirrors. The website was easy to use and the options were clear. I received a prompt call to schedule my delivery. On that call the service agent confirmed that I didn't intend to order a top. The delivery driver was very courteous and called me early on the delivery day to give me an approximate ETA. He called again a half hour before he arrived as he offered to do. He was friendly and took care to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He again checked to make sure I intended not to order a top. He removed all packing materials at my request so I could fully inspect my items. The items arrived in perfect condition and were exactly as described on the website.

We ordered a vanity cabinet that we absolutely love and the freight company, Conway, did an excellent job of delivering it with no damage. I was so relieved. There was a manufacturing defect that we found the next day and after a not so great start, we did resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We will look here for our master bath next year.

The hooks on the mirror where crooked and,no way to fix them, we had to buy a frame to hang it correctly, other than that everything was good.

Our visit to Home Design Outlet Center (HDOC) was very fruitful. We saw a lot of choices and was able to see (via pictures) products not on the floor. The staff members were very helpful. This allowed us to decide and select a vanity, top and basin, exactly like we sought.
I will highly recommend HDOC, and will use them in the future.

We went to many showrooms and they were by far the best. Thanks to Ibo we found exactly what we wanted.

Impressive service, very helpful when placing order and fast delivery. Just installed and this is a quality product at a good price. Also sent out a flange that we needed to install free of charge and fast. Highly recommended!

The first vanity top delivered was cracked and in pieces when I opened the box. I was very disappointed, not only with that, but the fact that there is no assistance provided by the driver/delivery person to at least get the products into the unit and immediately check their status before departing. In the middle of a work day, I could not find a second person to help me get the items into my unit. HDOC does deserve credit for being very easy to work with on returning the damaged top and exchanging it for a new one without any hassle. I am very happy with the final, non-damaged products.

The vanity is beautiful and it arrived within a few days, packaged well. When I had to chat with customer service, they were very helpful and courteous.
