The absolute worst experience I've had dealing with any company the unit has come down twice and it been delaying my progress currently waiting for the third unit to arrive. They keep blaming the shipping company and give me the runaround

We have been to their warehouse and them in person. Ebo, our rep was super good. We bought what we wanted at a price we were promised. Super good

Design outlet center immediately stepped out in front of the rest. Wow! What s great selection in design a materials used. The staff's helpful but not pushy approach and fair pricing made us decide this is where we would want to by. Thanks you.

Bathroom vanity was stylish and arrived quickly. I could not get it locally. The price was reasonable.

I was very reluctant to order after reading some of the reviews where some customers complained of not getting any response for days after their initial order was placed. However while browsing the site, I had an online chat with Sean, who calmed my fears and actually facilitated my order being delivered in the time stated, 5-10 business days I was told. Mine made it there in 6, for which I will be forever grateful as I was under a time constraint to complete my bathroom. I even made the mistake of clicking twice for the same order when trying to add a mirror. They fixed it for me and quickly refunded me the difference in price. so thank you Sean for personally making it happen as I really like that vanity.

my contractor was ready to install the vanities but there was no installation guide. I got online to see if I can find done. Then saw an option to chat with the live person. I explained him what I needed and he emailed me the specs within seconds :) My contractor was able to resume work without any delays. It was an awesome customer service!! I give them 5/5 :)

This store not only has amazing products for a really good price, but also has amazing customer service and staff! They were very helpful in every way possible and went above and beyond for our needs. Will definitely refer them to anyone!

Customer service is excellent, from the moment you walk into the showroom, your are greeted in the most polite manner, careful time is provided to make sure all your questions are answered and help with envisioning how you're future project will look with different options provided. A true Breath of fresh air when compared to alternate competitors who just want to take your money and could care less about helping you. Highly recommend for anyone doing improvements to their home.

Staff was pleasant, informative and very willing to help my home design questions. Plus, prices are outstanding.

We were pleasantly surprised by our consultation. We anticipated some sales tactics and pressure to move forward fast. None of that happened. The experience was laid back and extremely helpful. We plan to move forward with our consultant/contractor as he was very professional and very knowledgeable.

My Wife and I made the drive from New York, NY to Secaucus to see the quality of the vanities and although the website was nice the vanities were more beautiful in person the craftsmenship is impressive most importantly I'm an architect. I highly recommend Home Design Outlet Center

The people at Home Design Outlet Center could not have been more helpful! I always got a live person on the phone when I called and their customer service is priceless! Speaking of price, their prices are far better than other sites I looked at, and the furniture was solid, well crafted and of better quality than other sites who were charging twice the amount for the same/similar piece. In fact, I was able to order 2 side cabinets in addition to the vanity and still come within $100 of just the vanity cost alone with other companies! And I didn't have to settle on quality! Everyone comments on how nice the vanity/side cabinets are and I am so happy with my purchase(s).

I ordered Ripley modern bathroom vanity for my guest bathroom, and ordered alya double vanity for my master bathroom. They delivered it with their own delivery team and they opened the boxes, and helped me to inspect, everything was fast and professional.

We ordered 2 pretty expensive vanities that showed as in stock. Their website also mentioned they ship all orders within 3 business days. Awesome - it'll get here in time for our contractor who's remodeling both of our bathrooms.

Emails and phone calls got us the runaround for a week. Then at day 10, the customer rep finally tells me the vanities were both back-ordered and should arrive in 2-3 days.

At day 13, I called asking about the vanities and was told that it was actually going to be delivered to their CA warehouse. And then it would get delivered to me on Thursday. Thursday came and went and when I called them, they said Friday. Friday came and went and they said that they finally got it to their local warehouse in my city and it be delivered Monday by 2pm. At 4pm Monday, I called to ask, and they said it was still sitting on their dock and they forgot to load it onto the truck.

After losing my cool on the phone, they finally put it on a truck that day and had it delivered.

The reason this cost me so much is because the 2 extra weeks waiting for the vanity caused all sorts of overages for me from the contractor, since they were completely done and just needed to install the vanity.

I could have bought a couple ultra-high end vanities for what I ended up paying.....

Very nice product. For me, the website was hard to navigate and place an order.
