Had our cameras upgraded today by Homecctv. There engineer james was amazing from start to finish. He was respectful of our property, very friendly & very knowledgeable. He
explained everything to us regarding our upgrade & was very patient when showing us how to work & do things with cameras on our phones. Would highly recommend Home cctv. James you was a superstar...

Had james here today to upgrade our cameras.Lovely guy nothing was too much trouble.Made sure we where happy with everything and didn't have any questions.All done and very pleased with them.So much better.Thankyou

this is our second visit to these folks originally had our cameras installed in august 2019 today we have had ours upgraded joe was superb from start to finish very professional and knowledgeable not just about the security cameras but we also enquired about the alarm systems too , install was very smooth from start to finish we wont be going nowhere else there`s a reason why these have high review rating they are the best .

Extremely impressed with Home CCTV & Alarms. We have had 3 cameras installed by their engineer, James. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful and has done an excellent installation. He had endless patience with us, went through everything thoroughly. We were so impressed that we are using them to have our house alarm upgraded and hoping that it will be James who fits it.

This is a very professional company as a whole. The office team are always aware of my set up and able to help with any queries. The fitting team are obviously well trained and know what they are doing. Our fitter was Trevor and he was really on the ball. He gave me good advice about the location of the cameras and then proceeded to fit them in a tidy and timely fashion. When he finished he went through the installation of the app witj us and helped us set this up on our phones too. My overall experience was just what you hope for from professional tradespeople. I would have no problem recommending Home CCTV.

Had James round to replace the hard drive and change the powers packs. A first class service and a top guy, went through all the settings with me to make sure all was in order. Thanks Geoff

I have just had James back to rectify a faulty cable issue , it was not easy , but he showed great attention to detail and is very focused on looking after the customer . He is time served and knows what he is doing , a great asset for any business is having outstanding staff .

Kevin came & gave me a quote I had researched this company prior to requesting, he was very polite & respectful of my property answered all questions throughly, communication re installation was excellent & Joel was again professional polite respectful & patient , the quality is excellent & easy to use & extremely well priced for what you get. Great service from start to finish, Kevin came to survey and was great and then Trev came to install. Nothing was too much trouble for Trev a lovely young guy who was respectful of my property and keen to ensure that I was happy with the installation, he also showed me everything so I knew exactly how to operate it all. Also, thanks to Jack, James and Rob, communication was great and they kept me updated as to what was happening. Great company to work with highly recommended.

Trevor did a fantastic job. He was friendly and approachable. Everything was explained clearly and everything was really professionally carried out. I'm impressed by the way he helped us use the app. Definitely recommend 💯 %

The whole experience has been really smooth. Had a character in Kevin, the regional manager came to talk us through the cost and to view the camera’s. We agreed to the cost and a date for fitting was provided there then, it was only a week for fitting which took place today. The fitter James is a credit to the business. The cover up of the wires was exceptional, the quality of the tutoring on the hard drive and phone app was spot on. It was also great that you could have a laugh with him while he cracked on with his job. Thanks James it was a pleasure to meet you .

We have security cameras and house alarm with these guys. Everything from instalment to aftercare has been second to none one. I have had to contact them on a handful of occasions over the years and the response is RAPID !! I use messenger to contact them and it seems no matter what time of the day they respond immediately!! Without doubt the best customer service you could ask for and nothing is too much trouble. Seriously, anyone considering using these guys …. Don’t hesitate ! You won’t be disappointed!

I had a few faults with my camera system. I emailed the company and they booked an engineer in. James was polite and professional who sorted the problem and talked me through the work he did. He even sorted me the cable which was bugging me as I could see it(just bugged me). I am so impressed with this company. I got my cameras around 5 years ago. I went with them because they are family run. 5*+

We had cameras fitted a while ago and the quality and service is second to none. The team helped us when we got new phones to connect and even when the cat pulled a wire out accidentally. Due to an issue recently with a neighbour’s son bullying and harassment we have had to get another camera and they managed to sort very quickly. Would definitely recommend with no hesitation:)

Be careful when having PIR installed if you have pets. If they are set too high your pet can set alarm off. Resulting pir being moved and paintwork damaged

Fantastic service had CCTV and alarm fitted would definitely recommend this company and was on time the off fitting and cleaned up after themselves

From the start when Kevin came to give me a quote. To the installation day this company deserves nothing less than 5 stars and if I could I would give them more. 100% professional all the way through even to the present day the after care service is second to none. If you ring up with an issue they always call you back the same day and get the issue sorted in a number of minutes. These really are the best cctv and alarm company out there.
