Do NOT order from this company. I ordered 2 vases and they only sent one. I have tried calling and writing multiple times with no response.

No one pickup the phone, I emailed said I want to return, got a reply called me MF. My order got back ordered, after a month I got my items, within an used Amazon box. The items looks fake from the package to the product. I doubt this one month waiting time is for the oversea shipping from where they produce fake product.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I wish I had checked this site before I made a purchase from HomeBello. It says in its refund status..(We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from HomeBello.com) When I told them I was not happy with the locket I ordered, I got a message back from the person stating "are you for real"? and refused to give me my money back. Claiming that there are no refunds on jewelry. So much for their refund policy saying they want every customer to be happy with their purchase. I will be making a report to BBB and our state consumer affairs. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought from this fraudster. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Awful customer service. Placed an order for a name brand item and it was immediately back ordered. It actually did get sent but when it arrived it was defective. I emailed to process a refund and their response was laughable. They then suggested I contact my credit card company for a chargeback. This company is a SCAM! I feel like an idiot for ordering anything here; don’t fall for it!

I placed an order with Home Bello on December 2, 2024 ($110 for a Match Pewter Oil Cruet). I received an email the following day that the item I ordered was backordered 3-4 weeks and to respond to the email if I wished to cancel. I have emailed 4 times and called and left numerous voicemails with this company to confirm I wish to cancel my order since it would not arrive before Christmas. I have yet to receive any type of response. I will be disputing any and all charges from this scam of a company should they decide to proceed with my order. Avoid this "company" at all costs!!

Not happy! I ordered a Mauviel stew pot and they said it was back ordered. I waited several weeks and then I got a text that My order status was changed to Cancelled! No explanation. They offered a phone number for customer service that was disconnected. I have sent several emails and they are not answering and I have requested a call back that also has never happened. One of the texts said that they no longer carry Mauviel brand. Yet on their web sight they are still offering the pan I ordered. I even put it in my cart to see. This is bad customer service. Don’t shop here!

Would not answer emails or phone calls about item i received and wanted to return due to incorrect color. I called and lrft messages . No response . The last message said that this phone number is no longer working. I am stuck with the item.

This company is ridiculous! Dont waste your time or money! Purchased 2 watches, one arrived, complete junk, looks like a 5 dollar watch. The other one is incorrect model, which amazes me how that happens because the face on the one I bought is completely different than face of one they sent. I sent email same day it arrived. I got some kind of response telling me to do something with my credit acrd, it didnt make sense. so i responded, just cancel this order and ill return items and i received no response! That was this afternoon. i disputed with my credit card company now. That was the first and last time i will ever use this company. They sell junk and terrible customer service!

This company burdened me with sending an extreme devalued replica of what I purchased. (Not talking about a replica of a brand name, either) I saw & ordered a pair of earrings that my daughter really wanted. Then, I received an unacceptable copy that does not match the photo. Upon contacting the company less than 30 days from when I received it, they refused to assist me. Photos show the email indicating my purchase and the actual item that I received.

I would give this retailer zero stars. Stay well away, they are a con. I bought a light fitting based on images on their website. The product arrived weeks later (no where did it say it was being made and shipped from China) and it was nothing like the image - really poor quality materials and finishing. I’ve since found out that the pictures they used on their website actually belong to another designer. This is fraudulent and unsurprisingly I have heard nothing from BelloHome when I contacted them for a refund. I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card company but unfortunately that’s a long process. I genuinely feel like I’ve been robbed by this company

Paid for it and they sent me a wrong item. No reply to my emails. Stay away from this seller, not reliable.

Have used them a couple times amd it was fine.They sent me a wrong item. It was an honest mistake of #8 sawblades not 8/0. Problem is they have no customer phone service only email. I email them show them pictures amd they said I didn't get that from them! Yes I did! Send me the right item. I will send this back. But no response.

This pretend store is a total joke. I had the same thing happen to me with some of these reviews. I'm not surprised it's just a random person in an apartment. They sent me the wrong item because they didn't update the product photo and told me they would send me a return label. Then they ignored me lol. They ought to be embarrassed if they're trying to be a legitimate store.

Ordered a pitcher and set of glasses for my brothers wedding. Was told of several delays due to December 2021 shipping issues. Totally understood and opted to wait. The glasses finally shipped with one broken which the company did send him a new one however, they never sent the $140 pitcher! Contacted Customer Service several times and they did respond a few times until they didn't…issue never resolved. Did file a BBB report and of course they didn't respond to that either. Don't waste your time!

I found a soup tureen on their site that other sites stated were out of stock and not sure when it would be available.
I ordered the soup tureen on 11/9/22 on 11/11/22 I received an email stating the item was back ordered, would take 3 to 4 weeks and if I agreed to respond to the email.

I responded stating I agree to 4 weeks and assume that my card will NOT be charged until the item is ready to ship / reasonable statement and standard practice for a majority of the online vendors,

I received a response to my response stating that the item would take 13 weeks as it is a special order and no refunds once I agree to the timeline.

So we went from ship next business day, to 3 - 4 weeks, to 12 weeks and no refunds and no response to not charging my card until the item is ready to ship, What kind of place is this????

These people are scammers. Please do not do business with them. They take your money for things they don't have and never send it to you. They will not refund you. Had to get my money back from my credit card company. Were very rude to me called me rude names. Giving them 1 star is too much. I cannot believe they are still in business.

This is a scam! Don't waste your time. They advertise products that they don't have. Customer service reps are scam artists. I asked why do you have this online for sale if you don't even have it? Their reply: "Get a life". What a waste of time.

Phishing Scam.

I got an email from "AutoTalent" saying my purchase was flagged for "Medium Fraud," and on hold. They wanted me to provide a photograph of my ID and credit card and a screen shot of my bank account!

So many fake websites these days. Be careful, y'all.
