Odpowiedzi konsultanta były dla mnie bardzo pomocne i pozwoliły mi na wyczerpujące I pełne zrozumienie mojego problemu ,wracam do edycji mojej recenzji gdyż poprzednia recenzje podtrzymuję ale wcześniej próbowałem wielokrotnie rozwiązać problem kontaktując się z botem ale to jest strata czasu , bot totalnie jest nie pomocny ,nie potrafi odpowiedzieć na żadne pytanie ,próbowałem również kontaktu telefonicznego i wysyłałem prośbę o rozmowę telefoniczną i oczywiście ,oddzwonili do mnie ale po drugiej stronie słuchawki wsłuchiwałem się w wieczną ciszę ,takich prób było co najmniej 10 ,wróciłem do tej recenzji gdyż dziś ten sam problem ponownie wystąpił .
Także jak się nie dodzwonienie do fizycznego pracownika sami to darujcie sobie rozmowę z botem lub wysyłanie prośby o oddzwonienie ,tragedia jakaś z supportem SAXO

Some improvements can be done
All in all I am very much satisfied so far. I have used Saxo for about a year, and moved here from ibkr.
But there are surely areas where improvements can be made.
I personally spent about 200 days on travel yearly between various time zones. Therefore, A “count down” for market open and close would have been a great help.

Nieuzasadnione zawieszenie funkcjonalności rachunku na okres weryfikacji danych
Ze względu na proces weryfikacji danych personalnych nie miałem możliwości otwierania nowych pozycji przez miesiąc. Pomimo wielokrotnych kontaktów z pracownikami nie byłem w stanie uzyskać informacji, czy jakiś danych brakuje i kiedy zakończy się proces weryfikacji. Całkowicie nieakceptowalne i nieprofesjonalne zachowanie biura.

Dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoją opinią. Przykro nam słyszeć, że miał Pan nieprzyjemne doświadczenia związane z weryfikacją danych. Jako bank jesteśmy zobowiązani do przeprowadzania weryfikacji, aby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo naszym klientom.
Nasz dział KYC ma do 5 dni roboczych na przetworzenie dostarczonych informacji. Dlatego, jeśli kontaktuje się Pan z nami przed upływem tego czasu, nie jesteśmy w stanie dostarczyć nowych informacji. Weryfikacja danych to proces manualny, co oznacza, że mimo naszych starań, zajmuje on trochę czasu. Rozumiemy, że może to powodować niedogodności, jednak wynika to z wymogów, które musimy spełniać jako bank.
Staramy się usprawniać nasze procesy i mamy nadzieję, że w przyszłości weryfikacja będzie przebiegać szybciej. Dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoim doświadczeniem – jest to dla nas sygnał, że musimy nad tym popracować.

W związku z tym, jeśli pomiędzy wypadnie weekend, data rozliczenia może się wydłużyć o kolejne 2 dni, jak miało to miejsce w Pańskim przypadku.
