I have gone in the middle 3 stars for now.
I'm in the same boat as you guys , I dont want to pay a penny upfront
Christina said the options are there for now in no fee. I have said what most people on here , that I have put the incident behind me, it was a learning process. I told Christina I dont want to pay 1 penny upfront, so if she is doing what happened to the other people then what a waste of life, because No means No. Dont get me wrong if she did pass me to their zoom meeting & they did do no fee basis, then I would give this company green feedback all the way pluss I would recommend all over Facebook & everywhere for them .

Text an enquiry after hearing a radio advert last year and was called on a daily basis until I eventually told them I wouldn’t have time to speak and to take me off their list.

One year later, started to get almost daily calls again until I eventually answered and was given all the sales pitch about compensation etc and I agreed to a zoom call.

Day of the zoom call, I started the meeting by stating clearly that o had put this matter behind me and moved on so unless this was no win no fee I would not be spending a penny on this matter even if they told me I could get £1m. They replied that they would go through the meeting and would then discuss options at the end which would include no win no fee option.

An hour being shown pointless web sites and testimonials in a classic sales pitch to then be told they didn’t do no win no fee. Absolute waste of everyone’s time.

These are aggressive sales people who are preying on people who have fallen victim to aggressive sales people. They should be ashamed about misleading people.

I had 1 1/2 hour zoom call with them it was nothing but a heavy sales pitch.
They wanted 4k upfront. After hours of research I couldn't find anyone they successfully helped.
It seems they are con artists preying on poor people who have already been duped by holiday parks who are desperate.

ECC / Holiday Park Advice Centre have been supporting me with my Holiday Lodge issue and have referred my case to Pinder Reaux. My case has not been resolved yet, and is work in progress. However, I wanted to add a review because I was very sceptical at first having read some reviews on here. However, the company are very customer focussed, return calls when promised and regularly check in (I have been dealing with Remy and Mark Jobling - both are excellent. Pinder Reaux were initially slow, but very thorough. John Spyro, the Director is excellent as is Olivia, the Senior Associate, and very knowledgeable. As I say, my case is not sorted yet, so I am not rating outcome or Value yet. However, the communication from ECC has been good and the advice from Pinder Reaux thorough. The New AI Assistant is also excellent.

Avoid! They baffle you with BS and get you to sign up promising you they will get your money back, but want a lot of money upfront, say you can cancel but ignore your emails and phone calls to cancel once you have signed up.

9Had an hour long on line meeting which bombarded with facts and articles off the internet. Have to say I didn't see the point of most of it. Then after the consultant filling out a form, he said he would talk to the legal team.At this point I asked if there was an upfront payment which he confirmed and I finished the meeting very quickly. Will not be dealing with them.
