Got through to speak to an actual human to ask question about a holiday booking i had booked.

First time booking with holidaygems, confirmation came through pretty quickly. Good low deposit! Only thing is you can't seem to book seats until the holiday is paid off in full which isn't ideal but maybe that's down to the airline?

Stuart is really friendly and helpful. He confirmed our holiday really quickly after booking. Don’t use any one else but Holiday Gems. Great company and fab staff. Always ask for Stuart when booking. Great sense of humour and chatty

This is the 2nd time we have booked a trip with Holiday Gems. Last year everything went well, so we thought we would give it another go.

This was my first time booking through Holiday Gems. I had to call as I was booking a last minute holiday (booked 48 hrs before departure). Got through to Martin & he was great. He had my holiday booked in no time. They were the only website I could find with the hotel room I wanted & it was a fair price for booking so late. Will definitely use Holiday Gems again in the future.

Overall the experience was good. However ; please be aware , don’t think you found the best deal because they could still ring you up and ask for more money even after you have fully paid for the trip. I had a good customer service representative (Sam) who managed to get me little discount on the increased amount, which is better than nothing at that stage and I was grateful for it.
