Having used HA for a fabulous family trip to Costa Rica in 2019 we were confident they would be ideal to book our long wished-for trip to tour Japan. Fenton was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us plan our itinerary based on our initial ideas. He made sure to balance ‘holding our hand’ with booking train tickets & guides etc with allowing us the time & freedom to explore the various locations by ourselves. There was ample opportunity in advance to resolve any questions we had and we enjoyed our holiday immensely knowing how to get any support we might need (we didn’t!) while we were in Japan. Thanks to Fenton and Holiday Architects for a tailor-made trip to remember.

Holiday Architects put together a memorable trip for us in Chile and Argentina, covering fantastic desert and mountain landscapes, amazing wildlife and superb places to stay, from comfortable hotels to luxurious estancias. Highlights amongst many were stargazing in the Atacama desert, the iconic Torres del Paine and the Perito Moreno glacier. The Guides on the excursions were excellent and all our internal travel arrangements and connections went smoothly. Would really recommend you try Holiday Architects.

Everything was incredible from initial contact to flying home. Dawn Smith was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. We went to Peru and had very specific requirements of what we wanted to do whilst we were there - Dawn was able to accommodate everything. As it was a full on agenda the commication with us regarding pick ups everyday was spot on and everyone went over and above to make our stay special and we were definitely treated incredibly well. For example - we had a 2 day boat trip and left most of our luggage at our hotel. Timing was tight as when we got off the boat we then had to go to the airport to catch one of our 7 flights. The representative in peru actually collected our luggage from the hotel to save us time to get to the airport ASAP. WOW. Everything was thought about to make our holiday memorable for all the right reasons. Thank you - we can't wait to book through holiday architects again and would highly recommend you as a holiday agent.

Made a phone call to discuss Morocco and what we like to do on holiday, everything was listened too and the perfect holiday, City, Mountains and beach was created for us by Emma, Great stress free holiday and will definitely use holiday architects again.

We have just returned from an incredible trip to South Africa travelling the Garden Route. I contacted Holiday Architects 2 weeks before our departure date looking for holidays ideas and am so grateful we were put in contact with Lisa. Lisa really understood the type of holiday we were after and pulled together the itinerary (in limited time) which led to us having the most amazing trip.

I cannot recommend South Africa and the Garden Route enough. Incredible scenery, food and people. A particular highlight was staying at the Lalibela Wildlife Reserve.

I will definitely be using Holiday Architects again in the future. They (Lisa!) made booking the trip so easy. The holiday app they provided was so helpful along with the additional information Lisa provided. It really felt like everything had been thought of!

Just back from Oman after a great trip put together at short notice , my first with HA.The local guide/driver was excellent and I covered a lot of ground in a fascinating country.The information and support from HA was excellent both before and during the trip .Good communication from Catherine and check in before and after the trip.Only minor observation was that staying at altitude would have provided access to some of the activities hiking etc as opposed to a central base in Nizwa with day trips out.

We were recommended Holiday Architects by friends and I’m so glad we used them! Normally I book independent travel but I didn’t know South Africa at all and had a lot we wanted to do in a short space of time. Catherine created a perfect itinerary for us, judging well how long made sense in each of our 3 locations, finding amazing accommodation, booking perfectly reliable flights and transfers and suggesting a whole host of excellent activities. It took all the hassle out of the trip for me and I would both be keen to return to South Africa again and certainly my would use Holiday Architects again without hesitation. Superb!

Holiday Architects helped us create the perfect itinerary for our recent trip to Japan. We already knew the main places we wanted to visit, but they recommended a couple of other places we'd not ever thought about going to. Those other places turned out to be absolute highlights of our trip. The team's knowledge of Japan based on their own travel experience was incredible!
The attention to detail is impeccable. All of the information we received was so clear and precise and it was great having the Vamoos App to refer to and view our itinerary along with lots of other useful information.
The other App we were given access to for our trip was absolutely brilliant! Every detail for every day was listed, hotel details, directions, train times, trip information, restaurant recommendations,etc etc. The list goes on and on.
Our entire trip was an absolute dream. Everything went so smoothly from the meet and greet at the airport to our final drop off.
The communication with the Holiday Architects team was also faultless. Any query we had in the run up to our trip was quickly answered. They are extremely thorough, very professional and helpful, but beyond that, so lovely, friendly and genuine.
Would use again and absolutely recommend to friends.

Just back from a fortnight in Jordan, expertly organised by Catherine at Holiday Architects, and impeccably supported by HA's in-country agents UTA. It's a fascinating country, and its people were universally welcoming, helpful and patient. HA managed to match their selection of hotels, activities and driver support to our tastes and interests, and were flexible and quick to respond if change was needed. Their advice/survival guide on restaurants, local customs etc was also excellent. They deserve the highest resommendation.

Emma took time to understand us and our needs and then built a holiday that suited us perfectly! The process of booking and getting ready was managed very well and the holiday itself was also amazing. All the arrangements Emma had put in place worked brilliantly.

We choose Holiday Architects so we have a chance to work with an expert on an region, who will combine their knowledge with listening to what we enjoy and are hoping to get out of a particular holiday. Paul really delivered on a wonderful trip to Canada for us this autumn. We had a brilliant balance between exploring cities and their culture and architecture, with some great opportunities to see beautiful fall landscapes and eat some amazing food thrown in for good measure. Highly recommended.

Japan was just amazing every day was different and the pace was just right so that we didn’t feel like we were being rushed but equally allowed us to explore cities and locations and absorb the culture and experiences…

This is our third time holidaying with Holiday Architects and there’s a reason we keep coming back for more. Each time, the destination managers plan trips based on their deep rooted knowledge of each location and our preferences for activities, transport, and hotels. Having expert guidance, whilst also balancing personal preferences means that each holiday is planned to perfection and everything runs smoothly. We haven’t encountered any issues, but the security of knowing there are 24/7 helplines available should anything go awry is also a nice comfort blanket.

Kirsty helped us organise our holiday of a lifetime to South Africa. Africa was a complete unknown to us and Kirsty's first hand knowledge and experience of all the places we wanted to visit was fantastic. Tailoring the holiday to our very specific requests and within our budget was brilliant. From our first enquiry we were impressed with Kirsty’s knowledge of the area and her patience, working to create our perfect itinerary. We knew we didn’t have time to visit everywhere on our list but Kirsty came up with suggestions that helped us see as much of Northen Namibia as possible and also visit Victoria Falls. All the maps and information provided are in depth and the excursions organised were excellent. The ground team so helpful while we were there, responding quickly to help when needed. Truly a trip of a lifetime and memories we will have forever. We will definitely use the company again and will be speaking to Kirsty soon to arrange a trip to Southern Namibia.

First time user of HolidayArchitects for a tailor made trip to Japan. My adviser ( Fenton ) was fantastic explaining all the option and came up with a tailor-made trip taking my wishes full into account.The whole organisation on the ground by their local agent, the organized trips, hotels etc etc. where simply 5-Star.
I am definitely using them again !!

All went well planning etc until deposit paid. Then no further communication. We even had to contact company to pay full amount ! Some of the length of journeys and planning was not as expected and service not to our usual expectations. E mails not picked up re help required. Not going to be more negative as not helpful. But definitely will not use Holiday Architects again.
