Lianna was our liaison between the house we were buying and the seller. She regularly went above and beyond to speed up and smooth out this process. She was helpful and communicative, and a credit to Holden Copley.

Firstly I would like to thank Lianna and Jasmine at Arnold Holden Copley for their continuous support throughout the progress as it was a very stressful and tough time. They were always there to answer and questions and chase the solicitors for us when we were not able to get a response from them.

Professional all round , what a great team at Long Eaton office ! Josie was our go to person and was fantastic with diplomacy and calmness.

Lianna was our point of call throughout the purchase of our property in Nottingham and she was fab from start to finish. We ran into a couple of hiccups a long the way (outside of Holden Copleys control) but Lianna managed to get things back on track every time for us. On few occasions I came very close to losing the property as I was abroad and was stuck due to middle east crisis, but her professionalism and determination made this purchase happen by communicating with sellers in time.

Her communication was excellent, clear and Ms. Lianna always kept me informed while working tirelessly behind the scenes.

We have recently bought a house through Holden Copley Long Eaton. The process was seamless. Liv and the team were attentive and support through the whole process. Liv even supported me through the approval app which I did not understand.

Liv and the team were so helpful with the viewing at Walton street. No issue was to big or small and she was very understanding and quick to get me a response back with any questions I had. In comparison to using other estate agents, I felt she and the team knew about the property and the process really well.

Joe’s communication is excellent. He is very responsive but not pushy at all. I feel he tells the truth and does not overinflated prices like other agents just to get the sale. I would feel confident with Joe selling my house and helping me to find a new home.
