I am in the process of buying a house with Holden and Copley at the moment. Ella has been brilliant at making it as stress free as possible.

Jasmine was incredibly helpful and proactive. At times the completion/sale process ground to a standstill but she always kept pushing and chasing and did all she could to get matters completed.

We have been very pleased with the whole Holden Copley team, starting with the valuer, particularly all the staff at the Long Eaton branch. Everyone of them were a delight to deal with and always so helpful. In the latter stages Karen Eccles worked hard to progress things through to contract exchange and completion. Unfortunately she was the only one we didn't actually get to meet in person.
If we decide to move we would definitely use Holden Copley again and would definitely recommend them to others.

After a shaky start we have sold our Aunts home through Holden Copley. Due to probate there were some teething problems, nit due to them. After selling once and then losing the seller due to this I was going to move agencies as I hadnt had much comms with the Agency and had to chase for follow ups all the time. When i called this out it was in contract and sold again before i was out and this time was much better.
Melissa was helpful with the selling part and was good at facilitating the questions between all the parties.
