The whole team at the Mapperley branch were great, from start to finish. They were efficient, accommodating, transparent and helpful. I would totally recommend them. In particular, Josie, Ella and Eleanor were fantastic.

We are so delighted with the experience we had with Josie at Holden Copley - 10/10. She was absolutely incredible at her job and was SO efficient, showed massive initiative and drive throughout the process and did all she could to get us over the line with exchange. We have been very pleased with the whole Holden Copley team, starting with the valuer, particularly all the staff at the Long Eaton branch. Everyone of them were a delight to deal with and always so helpful. In the latter stages Karen Eccles worked hard to progress things through to contract exchange and completion. Unfortunately she was the only one we didn't actually get to meet in person.
If we decide to move we would definitely use Holden Copley again and would definitely recommend them to others.
