I have had a positive buying experience. Managed to secure some trading cards that were in stock! They arrived on time and well packaged. Would use them again as a customer :)

Card arrived in good time and great condition.

After numerous emails I feel I’m now left with no choice but to leave a negative review in hope that the company can actually respond. I preordered Dragon Ball Fusion World FB01 booster box. No issues there. But months later I’m still left with nothing. After emails I finally get a reply saying they’ll chase it up. Since then I’ve had nothing. I replied asking could they respond as soon as as it was a gift. I’m not surprised I still haven’t received a reply. Nearly 3 months and only one reply to my emails.

Brought 3 exsact same cards then revived two and one completely different card

The cards were excellent. Well packaged and came really fast. I'm giving it 4 stars because it would have been great to receive an email when they were posted. Since it was my first purchase from this store, I was worried when I didn't receive a postage email. But I received my cards today in great condition. Would definitely recommend this store and will be buying from them again soon.

Quick delivery for a preorder item, and really nicely packaged!

There's a lot of one star reviews on this company for a reason don't ignore them. I bought card 156 full art psychic energy from the crown zenith set, the picture I bought from confirmed this, I was sent a standard psychic energy not my card. I thought it may of been a selection issue so have sent two emails and a text reply to the original order requestinq they send the originaland 5 days later still heard nothing. This sounds a lot like other one star reviews. You might be lucky and get what you want or actually ordered but can you take that chance, I wish I hadn't.
Further to your reply you mention nothing about the text I sent you as a reply to the order. The emails I have sent were from the link on your text contact us. I have the card and it doesn't say 156/159. It's just blank like a normal energy card. I see your response is very similar to other people's complaints about unable to see emails. I have bought from many online companies for cards and eBay and I have had no problems with any. I review quite a lot and have never felt like I have had to give a negative review about anyone other than your company. Buyers beware. Since this review admin have contacted me apologizing and admitting they sent the wrong card as there was an error with their website showing the incorrect card and a full refund was given via PayPal. I haven't got a PayPal account so have had to create one and wait 21 days for the funds to clear which they have done today. I am happy that it has all been sorted now.

I placed an order back in December and I never received it. The company does not reply any emails and it is impossible to get your money back.
It is a scam.

Speedy delivery and crisp packaging. Also, there was great customer service communication through email, which helped resolve a small matter.

I preordered a switch game from Hodges Trading Cards. I’d never used them before but they offered an excellent price. The game was dispatched early and delivered quickly. It was well packaged and in perfect condition. Looking forward to using this store again.

They had a product listed as low stock. I ordered it. They had other products listed as out of stock. I received an email telling me that the item is due for restock even though it was listed as in stock. I left a voicemail outside of hours as I read that the contact number was for out of hours only. No response until i emailed them a couple of weeks later when i was told i had to wait for the restock. What should have been a simple process ending up taking 3 weeks to receive my order. My friend ordered the same item as me as we needed these for a gift, worried it wouldn’t come in time my friend cancelled the order and was told there would be a cancellation fee! It was waived but this is disgraceful service. Deceptively marketed and awful customer service. The only positive thing I can say about this interaction is that the item was packaged very well when it did eventually arrive. Unfortunately won’t be using Hodges again. My friend reordered from Highland Games and the item arrived within 2 days.

Delivery was super fast and packed great. The card was also in perfect condition so I’m more than happy to order from these guys again
