I have been on a very long brow journey, struggling to achieve the look I’ve always wanted—until I met Robyn. She worked absolute magic on my brows, transforming my faded grey pigment into the most beautiful, warm-toned brows I could have ever hoped for. Her skill, precision, and eye for detail are unmatched, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I finally have the brows I’ve been dreaming of, and I cannot thank her enough. If you’re looking for a true brow artist, Robyn is the one!

I cannot comment on the salons, however I must say their online shop and lack of communication is appalling. I placed an order on the 2nd December 2024, for a doll highlighter as a Christmas present. On the website it says dispatched within 1-2days, on the 15th December 2024, after not receiving a dispatch email I emailed them to chase it up, I did not receive a response but the following day I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. I chased up the company again on the 23rd December 2024, asking if there was any tracking information as I had not received the item. As of today, 18th January 2025, I still have not received the item or a response to any of my emails. I have now contacted them on Facebook, to try and get a response… wonder if they’ll respond.

Update 10/02/2025, received a response, saying they are sorry that this happened and asked for my email address as they could not locate my order on the 21st January 2025, I responded on the 24th January 2025, by providing my email address which has been seen, and nothing since. Today, I’ve sent screenshots of the order confirmation and shipping confirmation, let’s see how this progresses.

I had profile balancing filler with Holly and I could not be happier. I was always insecure about my side profile and she has made me feel so much more comfortable 💞. In terms of pain it was very minimal as she talked me through everything she was doing and was very gentle. Will definitely be coming back soon 💞x

I recently had my lips done at HM Cosmetics by Olivia and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish! Leanne in the reception area was so welcoming upon arrival and made sure I felt at ease and totally prepared for my treatment! Complimentary Hot/Soft drinks are always offered on arrival and after the treatment, which makes the experience feel that extra bit luxurious! Olivia is a fabulous practitioner. We had a brief consultation before we began the treatment, where we decided on the look that we wanted to achieve for my lips, she made sure I was super comfortable throughout the whole thing and always gave me the option to pause for a moment if needed! I am super happy with the results of my treatment, and will definitely be returning in the future! Would 100% recommend!

have been to Hm.cosmetics for several treatments and leave loving the results everytime . They all show such professionalism and cleanliness throughout the salon. Recently got baby Botox and lip filler by tazmin and she spoke me through the entire process, made the appointment so comfortable and gave me my desired outcome. This is my second time visiting HM cosmetics absolutely love the vibe and the energy as soon as you walk in. I had a non surgical nose job and chin filler done by holly she is such a beautiful soul I couldn’t be happier with my results in love 😍. Blessed with the best!!!!! Wouldn’t trust anyone with my face apart from Holly @HM she’s always been so calm and always makes me feel so comfortable (not a fan of needles)! And of course the results are unreal!

I absolutely love HM Cosmetics! My first time coming here to have my lips done, and I was abit nervous as where I went previously I’d always bruise really badly. Holly & Tasmin were really welcoming and so sweet. Holly done my lips, she was very professional and made me feel really comfortable during my treatment. Also the aftercare was amazing too and I was given arnica gel to apply to the treated area which really helped with minimising my bruising. I absolutely loved my lips after and the service I received I returned 1 week later for a 3ml package. Holly was amazing throughout my treatment and I left feeling soooo happy :) It’s been 2weeks since my last visit and I’m sooo in love with the results. Definitely would give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you so much Holly! I cant wait to be back (very soon lol)! x

I went to the Sidcup branch and had a lip filler appointment with Olivia. I’ve had my lips done at a different place in the past but I can safely say I’ll be coming back to HM cosmetics now, Olivia was fabulous and spoke through everything that was happening. She also listened to what I would like and the end result was exactly what I wanted . Very happy and would hugely recommend!

I got my lips done today by Robyn and for the first time after years of getting it done and dissolved, I actually like the shape . I’m quite introverted and I get nervous easily, but she made me feel at ease. The procedure was painless and fast. I’m in love with my lips and I appreciate the time Robyn took to do them :)

I went to the Sidcup branch and had the lovely Robyn sort my brows out. I had microblading and she done a great job! She made sure I was comfortable I hardly felt a thing and had a good chat. I’m going back next week for something else.
