I ordered from Hiphatter for the first time and it will be my last. They do not respond to emails and I have not received my order. I have to go through my bank to get a refund. Very disappointing.

Smelly shoes
Shoes took ages but expected that due to being from outside the UK. But they absolutely stink! They smell horrendous. Also the bees on the trainers have marks all over them. Not best pleased.

Better than expected
After reading the reviews I was concerned that the hat would be dreadful ,however its fine , it's not top quality but it was only £20 delivered. The hat is perfect to wear to a festival or party as a bit of fun and looks exactly as the picture shows

Three hats in and I'm happy
I've purchased three hats from Hiphatters and so far I'm happy with them. These are the first fedoras I've ever bought that they're great, not to mention the colour options. Granted the last one I got came pretty crushed but a quick email for advice and it was sorted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to start a hat collection.
