I ordered from Hiphatter for the first time and it will be my last.
They do not respond to emails and I have not received my order.
I have to go through my bank to get a refund. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love my boots ordered them before summer so not had the chance to wear them yet, So can not wait..

The trench coat is well-made and stylish. I am pleased with its quality, and it fits me perfectly. The delivery time was good as well. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

The quality of the bag is good for the price. However the straps came with cuts in them, which prevent me from using the bag as much because the straps could easily break. Some of the stitching could be done better as they are coming off. Overall I like the bag, but it needs work improvements

Customer service and quality of product was fantastic however it was not made clear that the product was coming from China so therefore had to wait longer than expected for delivery.

Great designs but very poor quality I had a bag which was not filled that much which broke after 1 wear. I’ve given three stars because the customer service is quite efficient and they sent another bag right away however the same issue occurred. I didn’t even bother to ask for another bag as I’m pretty sure the same thing would happen.

Five stars because I’m truly touched by the genuine customer service I have received from an internet based company. Immediate communication when I needed assistance, and resolution. Top marks! I wish them every success!

Lovely trainers but very small fitting so no good to me

Glasses poorly packed in bubble wrap. Glasses need to be better protected by using cases, for example.

Very poor quality and turned up bent all out shape

I ordered a ladies trench coat. On arrival I couldn’t believe how small the parcel was, how they wrapped a trench coat so small is totally unnecessary. As a result a lovely Mac is creased beyond belief, it’s going to take forever to iron out the creases. They’ve ruined the pleasure of receiving a new purchase.

I ordered a trench coat from Hip Hatter a little concerned as I hadn’t heard of them before. Although the order took a little while to turn up as it was shipped, i was kept informed of the different stages and I am DELIGHTED with it! The quality of this coat is literally amazing and at a great price! It has totally exceeded my expectations!!!

The only criticism I would have (if any) is that they come packaged quite tightly so you have to let the creases fall out but a small price to pay for a GREAT product!!

Will definitely buy from here again.

I messaged Hip hatter the end of last week asking about a pink fedora hat and if I could receive it by this week for a wedding on Saturday. Alicia responded immediately and I have just received the hat which I absolutely love.
It is just like the picture...colour is exact which was important to match my dress. Thank you and I will definitely shop with you again.
