Highstreet is a terrible company with bad customer service and they treat their employees terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Amazing customer service, have made a few mistakes on ordering and HSO customer service have always sorted it out for me.
One item was lost in the post and when I let HSO know they posted another one out to me, not many companies would do that!
Clothes that I buy are always bargain prices and very good quality.
Would definitely recommend 👌

Upon submitting my first order I realised that I had mistakenly ordered 2 of the same item. The customer service was first class as they immediately removed the item and refunded the cash.
I'm seriously impressed with the company.

I’ve ordered so many different kinds of clothing and have not been disappointed yet. Just recently ordered some men’s socks, cashmere blend, lovely design and fabulous quality. Also ladies t shirt, great quality and delivery was very quick. Jeans and blouses. All fit well true to size and great quality garments.

Was about to order from this company and decided to review its return policy. They will deduct the following: £3.95 postage but also an admin fee of £2.50. Have you ever heard of a clothing company in the uk who deduct an admin fee as well as charge for return posting??? I will go somewhere else….

What an amazing company Highstreet Outlet are. I have ordered a few things over the past few years and everything has been fantastic quality, the communication is great and the items are dispatched and delivered quickly. My latest purchase - Sherpa lined coat from yet another excellent brand is fabulous. Well made, warm and cosy - can’t wait for dare I say it, colder weather to experience its full potential. Orders are sent really quickly. I have ordered lots of dresses recently for the summer and loved all of them. Lots of bargains and brands to choose from.

HSO122023 my order no.bought a denim shirt, selling as factory surplus. But it was washed and worn several times.
Awful. Shipping and return shipping is huge. Did not bother to return

The return postage, already paid postage to have it delivered as don’t live near where you can pick up, so really disgruntled that items I ordered didn’t fit, then the returns postage !!

I cancelled my order within the term o HSO policy. They blanked my email and responded with encouragement to try the purchase before making my cancellation. I have repeatedly requested they cancel the order before dispatching the items. They continued to blank me. I have repeatedly requested a full refund, but it's like communicating with an imbecile. They don't appear to understand English and have no respect for rights of a customer. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Such lovely service from this company-they helped me when I got my order wrong. The dresses were perfect, such bargains. I couldn’t believe they were M&S! I watch the daily lives on Facebook which are really helpful. I have placed another 2orders.

Really fabulous online retailer. Excellent selection of clothes, high quality, low prices. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the returns process is easy. If you've not tried them, what are you waiting for. 100% recommend HSO!

I have ordered jeans and cardigans from Highstreet Outlet. The jeans were amazing and fitted perfectly (size 12) and the cardigans (a very well known high street brand), were beautiful. I ordered a black cardi and an orange one. The prices were much lower than the shop (that’s why I bought 2!). The delivery was very quick. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
