I have bought a few times from this company recently, quality items, fast delivery and always well packaged, would definitely recommend, I wish I’d found them sooner!

I highly recommend Highstreet Outlet. I stumbled across them by accident whilst looking for a certain item of clothing and since then I have been hooked.
I really love their ethos. They sell clothes that are either overstocked by the supplier or are last season's stock. This eliminates the need for clothes to end up in landfill and also the price of the item is always a fraction of the cost it would have retailed for.
They have to cut the labels out of clothes for legal purposes, so that people do not try to take them back to the original shop for a refund, but they are all new genuine items from decent brands.
They have 'live' try ons of their clothing multiple times a week on Facebook and Instagram and this is very helpful as it assists in seeing how they look on a 'real person' .
The ladies that run the company are so pleasant and it is apparent how much they care about their customers.
I have bought quite a few items, ranging from underwear to dresses, tops, trousers and more and have been really impressed with the speed of delivery and the way the items were packaged.
On the odd occasion that I have had to send an item back due to sizing issues, I have been refunded promptly.
The website is easy to navigate and they have great sales too. I have picked up some incredible bargains from top highstreet stores, that I have been thrilled with.
My most recent purchases were a couple of gorgeous tops from their £5 section. One of them retailed for £39 and the other for £32.
I would say that the most popular sizes sell out very quickly so it is advisable that if something catches your eye, buy it there and then. I have missed out a few times but have learnt my lesson!
I am so pleased I found this site, it has saved me a fortune!

I really like this company, good quality clothing both mens and ladies plus lovely jewellery and scarves. I think the dresses which have been on sale this summer have been exceptional.

I recently had an issue where a return parcel was unfortunately lost in transit by Evri. I contacted Highstreet Outlet and was really impressed with how they handled it.

Despite the parcel not reaching them, they reviewed the situation and processed my refund promptly once I provided the tracking details and confirmation from the courier.

Their communication was clear and helpful throughout, and they resolved what could have been a frustrating situation very quickly.

I really appreciate their understanding and would definitely purchase from them again.

Just recently bought a chiffon floral top and black straight jeans. Gorgeous fabric and a great fit. Fabulous price and quick delivery. Really happy with this purchase.

I have bought many lovely items from this company in the past. Unfortunately for the last few months the choice of clothes has been unappealing. The emails showing new items don’t show a good variety of expensive designer dresses like they used to. It seems like they don’t have access to the really good items that they once had. It’s really disappointing. What has happened in the buying dept of this once amazing company?

I’ve had some great buys from HSO, but sadly my last order didn’t arrive. The delivery tracker showed it was ‘stuck’ at the Evri depot.
I emailed HSO who picked up my email quickly. Bella reserved the same items for me and contacted Evri. When Evri didn’t respond, she arranged for the second parcel by another delivery provider and this arrived within a couple of days.

Received trousers worn and washed but they have shrank by two inches and now look ridiculous. These are ex marks and spencer wide leg grey trousers. Going in the bin, total waste of money
