It's said that the worth of a company is not in what they get right but how they tackle a problem. There was an error in my billing, Claire from customer services was exactly what you hope for when you have an issue. She was polite, efficiency and reassuring. She explained what would happen to my issue, how long it would take and who would be calling. She was as good as her word and thanks to Matt who was my final point of contact. Well done all and heartfelt thanks from one happy customer.

I had been extremely let down by my previous Broadband provider .
I phoned Highland Broadband and spoke to Claire who sorted my problem out for me .
She was very interested in the problem and was very helpful in getting it sorted out for me I.
she is a real asset to your Company

Booked installation. Travelled 600 miles to wait in for it. Received lots of emails saying ‘stay in or we’ll charge you’. Guess what - no installation team turned up and not even a phonecall to say they’re not coming. I recommend avoiding if you can.

Michael and Richard installed our broadband. All went really well. No problem was too great, despite having to run cable to the house - over 50m. Fantastic speed!

Been having speed problems on our full fibre broadband, but only on certain devices. Yasmin from the call centre in Inverness, patiently discussed the issue with me and helped correct the problem as I watched . My speed, which had been down to almost nothing, increased nearly 10 fold as she changed the wireless settings. She did not rush me and allowed time for questions and old geezer incompetence on my part. A thoroughly pleasant customer service experience.

The ordering and installation process, using One Touch has been seamless, very informative and swift. Gifford, unfortunately, seems to have a legacy network, which is causing some delays in completing the registration of my up-to-date kit. However, Sara and Andrew have provided very clear information on the issues to be dealt with and are to hand to keep us updated on progress. HBNL inherited this network and are also expanding and updating it, which is good news. All of the staff dealt including the engineers, have been personable and clearly effective at providing clear appreciation of the clients needs to ameliorate the nuisance. Very well organised.

Both Darren & Richie were very professional and talked me through the whole installation process. Richie was very knowledgeable and after installation ensured all devices were working and speeds were good in each room.
Their work was very neat and you would never have known they’d been in the house.

I had a problem getting onto my laptop this morning with changing to highland broadband band phoned up got a lovely lady called Claire and she helped me was no problem to her, got problem sorted, and she didnt mind in the least much appreciated Claire thankyou
