Problem with HigherDose customer service
I very recently purchased 2 of the Go Mats, including one as a gift for my brother. My initial order for the first of the HigherDose Go Mats did not through; it was declined by PayPal. I then ordered two Go Mats using my personal credit card, including one for myself and one for my brother. Then a few days later a third HigherDo Go Mat was run through using my credit card. To be clear I did not need a third mat. I contacted the company immediately when I received an email regarding the third mat over $700 each and let them know that I did not want the third mat-but they said they would not cancel the order. I did not feel that this was good customer service. The review I’m writing is not meant to be critical of the product as it is too early for me to have formed an opinion about how helpful it will be for my condition.

I sent a message into customer support…
I sent a message into customer support regarding the $600 blanket that I purchased not working anymore. They asked me to send a video, which I did. I then paid $50 for a replacement power bank. It arrived, and the blanket still did not work. I have sent multiple messages into their customer support team, and was asked to send in another video of the non working blanket, which I did. I have not heard any responses back from them. I am very disappointed that such an expensive product stopped working so quickly, and that they are not responding to my messages. I have left voicemails at the customer service number as well, it does not give you the option to speak with anyone, no one has called me back.

I really really wanted to love the…
I really really wanted to love the sauna blanket but unfortunately it’s being returned. I started out on 4 - as they recommend in the directions. I’m now at 7 and I’m still not able to break a sweat. It actually gave me a heat rash and I can see the red marks on my back from where the heat coils are in the blanket. I also don’t love the fact that the blanket gets hot on the outside and the control box that turns on the unit heats up and is hot - which makes me very very nervous. You also need to be very, very careful where you decide to use it. You cannot use it on anything flammable which includes beds, rugs, couches, etc.
I also purchased the three towels and Oh My! they shed all over the place. Don’t wash them with anything — your clothes will be covered in black lint. I had to check my dryer vent every 10 minutes while in the dryer because it was full of lint. I weigh 150 pounds and I fit in the towel but they are too tight for my husband who weighs 185.
