The communication from this comoany was poor. I had no idea when my item was being delivered. So my main peice of feedback is to allow tracking of the order and or updates on expected delivery date.

HIFISound ~ absolutely spot on !!! - had a Technics 1200 mk2 in for minor repair very recently & when the work was done collected it , got it home & cranked up the sound system to give it a trial run , only to find that there a minor issue with it ~ & that was me !!! .
The cheap "Tracking Force Guage" that I'd bought ~ (not being an audiophile , I did'nt know better) ~ was miles out . Phoned HIFISound saying there was a problem with the sound & thus the repair work , so they hooked me up to the individual engineer who worked on my Technics , & on hearing my description of the sound & inherent problem , calmy steered me to increasing the tracking force on the tone arm ~ ,,,, problem solved ,,,,, [ buy cheap - buy twice : - or better still , leave it to the pro's] , I've now learnt my lesson & appreciate that they offer an honest , ~ (hard to find these days) ~ skilled & concise service . Will have no hesitation in using them again in the future ......

Enquired about a Rega Planar 2 and Rega A2D over the phone with Stephen at 3:30, by 5:30 the equipment had been delivered to my house (live local).
Could not recommend a better hi-fi shop, the staff were a pleasure to deal with and I will be a returning customer without a doubt.

Excellent Service
Just spent 2 + hours trialling different speakers on my own amp. Incredibly attentive, very knowledgeable, good prices and no pressure to buy - plus a good cup of tea! My new favourite HiFi store.

Disappointed..
Disappointed... They don’t deliver at international although they state the following:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We offer competitive rates which can be confirmed by email. Please just ask – we will need a full delivery address and telephone number. Smaller items are delivered using Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail with International Tracked and/or Signed depending on value of item and availability of the service. Larger International shipments are sent by insured and tracked services using DPD, DHL or UPS. If there are any delays due to specific customs regulations, etc, you will be contacted by Turntableworld or by the courier with a request for any further information required. Customs duties do not apply for shipments into any EU country (for a full list please refer to the EU Country List). Customs duties can apply for countries outside of the EU. Customers in these countries are responsible for all taxes and duties incurred when the items enter their country

Some manufacturers place restrictions on what we are allowed to sell by location and on what platform. For the particular item that you requested we are only allowed to supply this brand to the UK market. This is to protect retailers in your specific country and visa versa and is something that is beyond our control.
We will add some information onto our website to explain this.
