No response to emails, almost two weeks just to receive a sample. I emailed to cancel as I’ve purchased one elsewhere and had the runner itself delivered before their sample arrived but what a surprise, no response, email ignored, sample sent anyway. I don’t know how you can run a business like this, really appalling service. If this is what they are like with deliveries, imagine if there was an actual problem with the item!? Oh and the sample itself is seriously shoddy quality, don’t waste your time!

Lovely carpet, fits my design exactly. Ensure you leave at least 2 weeks for arrival as I had to do a bit of chasing to realise it would take 7-10 working days for it to arrive but the contact number works and they do respond

Ordered a sample almost a month ago. Not dispatched, no answers to emails, nada. Terrible!

Items received, approx 10 days after dispatch email was sent out by HH, however the 4m landing carpets were short by 3cm. Carpet also frays quite badly once cut. Not sure how businesses like this can survive when they do not respond to emails and offer such poor customer service. Floor Street may have been a better alternative.

Bought the small 50cm stair runner which is lovely for my small terraced house stairs. They did me a separate piece for my small landing too. I did have to do a bit of chasing up. My feeling is that they are a little busy and disorganised but I did get my products (maybe this is a 2nd business income?) They definitely are not scammers as they even sent the 2nd package (piece for landing and stair underlay/grips) out before I paid the money. Overall I am very pleased. Thanks HH

Such a gorgeous runner, the quality is fab and i'm so in love. Give them 3 or so weeks for delivery, I imagine they make them to order. I added the pre cut underlay and grippers too which were such a time saver.

Item not recieved and no one is responding to me. I wish I never bothered...
Now I need to buy one elsewhere and raise a claim with FCA.

so so happy with our recent order, after ordering I read the reviews and was apprehensive so I emailed them and got a reply within 24 hours reassuring me of my order timeframe and an update with progress. was delivered within the timeframe too.

Ordered my stair runner on the 27th October. It’s now the 13th of November and I’m still waiting. Customer service is non existent, you will never hear a peep from them.

Ordered and ghosted bought through shop pay . item didn't arrive ans emails ans contact numbers no reply . these thieves need reporting

Felt I should review as like others thought I’d been scammed initially. Stair runnner arrived today (2weeks after ordering) good quality and packaged well.
Customer service …..I think they need to hire an admin assistant. Young company so a learning curve, but worrying for customers when ordering as no response via email, text and phone calls.

Ordered on the 22/10, no delivery, doesn’t respond to texts or emails. Claiming back through bank

Ordered a stair runner underlay gripper rods and landing carpet… As soon as I ordered it felt something was wrong I read the first reviews calling this company “scammers” and instantly thought I had lost my money even tried to get my money stopped through the bank…. Today everything has arrived from this company with fantastic quality I think if anything there customer service is not the best and my order has taken 2 1/2 weeks to arrive but it has and iam very pleased with everything

Do not use this company!

Thank god I only ordered samples which they failed to send, I only paid postage but it’s not the point. Don’t answer phone, don’t respond to emails, complete scammers
