When I needed to contact them, they responded in a timely manner and that’s REALLY IMPORTANT AND RARE these days.

Do not buy from Hex Autoparts. I ordered a starter for my Jeep Wrangler (Order #20260410606). The original item failed, and they approved a warranty replacement well within the valid warranty window.
However, their warehouse made a major fulfillment error. They packed the wrong physical starter inside a box that had the correct part label on it. Because the box label was correct, I had no way of knowing the item inside was wrong until my mechanic went to install it. The gears on the physical part do not match.
Instead of fixing their shipping mistake, their customer service team is completely ignoring my messages. They keep replying with automated text scripts claiming my "warranty is expired."
I am not trying to file a new warranty claim. I am asking Hex Autoparts to fix their mistake and send the correct physical item that they already promised and approved. Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

Thank you for looking into this. To be completely clear, the delay happened entirely because your warehouse shipped an incorrect physical starter inside a correctly labeled box, which wasn't discovered until my mechanic attempted the installation.
You already have my order number (#20260410606) and my text message history detailing the incorrect gear sizes on the part your team shipped. Because your support line continues to send automated rejections rather than resolving this fulfillment error, I have officially escalated this by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
I look forward to receiving a prepaid return label and the correct part, or a full refund, to resolve the pending BBB case.

Horrible . Do not use this company. Took my money and didn’t have the part I needed.

AC compressor clutch fit perfectly and aligned correctly with the other pulleys. The website is well designed, the price was reasonable and the delivery was very quick.

I was hesitant at first after looking at Facebook and seeing the people oddly enough complaining about getting bad starters(after I’d already ordered a starter). But the price was great shipping was rather local and took no time at all. I had no issues with it I got the right part, it installed easily and worked first time.

Everything I ordered was reasonably priced and arrived on time. Thats all I can ask for.

The search bar on the website is difficult to navigate in order to find the part I need. Even with the part number provided,wording must be just right and I experience difficulty every time I attempt to purchase a v-belt.

I ordered a starter , recieved the wrong part , hex was supposed to send right part and didn't witch cause me to loose my job. HEX AUTO SUCKS!!

They sold me what was suppose to be a new starter it looked new too but I didn't work and by me thinking it was a new starter I spent countless hrs running tests checking for other equipment being faulty wiring and all just to have to uninstall it take it to AutoZone had it tested it was no good people stay away from this place

My refund two me you got your part back to your company I had to paid to send it back no refund
