Got a set of LED taillights for my Jeep Gladiator JUNK
Got a set of LED taillights for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator that you could transfer your blind spot monitoring from my old lights to these. First DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THESE. They are China junk. The LED,S burnt out after 2 months, the blind spot monitoring DID NOT WORK AFTER TRANSFERRING THEM FROM THE OLD LIGHTS TO THESE NEW LIGHTS. they said they would replace them but I had to pay the shipping so they told me how much the shipping would be and I paid it through PayPal then they told me they were not available so I told them to reimburse my money I paid for shipping they only gave me $2.17 back inside of the $28.00 I now have a dispute through Pay Pal to get the rest of my money back. THE LIGHTS I GOT ARE NOW IN THE TRASH CAN.

Great Experience
Super easy checkout experience. They had the exact grill I was looking for; for my Jeep JK. The only disappointing thing I found was that they were out of the fog lights I wanted to order. The only negative thing I could say is that something was out of stock, other wise my experience so far has been great and I look forward to ordering from them in the future.

zero communication. first order I canceled due to the same issue and going past there intended 1 to 7 days then told me the order was delivered and wasn't even my order. I want the light so I'm trying again and the same thing NO COMMUNICATION. Go on shop.com to track and nothing. On the verge of canceling a second time. I literately live 20 minutes from the Ontario California location which they said they we're stock. Still waiting.

I placed my order over a week ago, and it still hasn't shipped, and I've reached out to customer service multiple times and still don't have a clue when I'm getting my lights. I placed my order because the website stated they use FedEx and that shipping would take 7 days. I was fine with that, but the items haven't been loaded onto the truck for tracking.

I made this order on 4 April. My order showed shipping was 1- 7 days. Today is 11 April and my order stills says that you are preparing for shipping. My merchandise did not show to be backorder and I have received no email stating there was an issue. I can only assume that you are failing.

Lights are way brighter than the ones that came with my jeep. Thought I had a defective light and turned out to be the wiring that the last owner did. Support team helped me with the problem and they're working great.

Zero Customer Service
The worst experience I've had trying to install an LED light bar on my Bronco.
They shipped the light bar out without mounting brackets which came days later after I called about it.
No wiring instructions for the harness and for almost 4 weeks now and numerous emails asking the same questions repeatedly I am still unable to get this done.
Not only is their customer service super slow to respond but they actually have no idea what they sold and shipped me or how to install the light to the brackets or wire the harness to my vehicle.
They are asking me for pictures of the wiring harness THEY sent me so they can figure it out.
One word...wow.
And don't get me started on their childish recording when you call and no one ever answers...we're kickin it outside work hours at 1pm and we'll hit you up??
Are you actually running a serious business...clearly not.
I will never purchase anything from this place again.
