HeptaPay is an Online Agent for Mobile Money in East Africa. We allow customers to transfer money from their debit or credit cards into MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and M-PESA in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. A customer is not required to sign up with HeptaPay in order to transact. HeptaPay accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit cards from anywhere in the world.

I did some transaction via visa cards and they were rejected and upto now the amount charged "10$ and 5$" have not yet reflected to my card . i wonder

At first I there was a deduction from the card that I can't tell if it was refunded, but from there on,I did a few transactions with hepta and the service was superb, very quick dispersement of cash through the mpesa accounts I sent money to. I will give the a five star rating just because of the excellent support team service and quick money payment system they have. Improvement can still be made on the payment gateway to avoid unnecessary errors

Well a first transaction woeled well . Two other heptapay didn't collect the money and was returned to my account . It sad as the people needed uegen some money for Easter but it never came into the account

I had a deeply frustrating experience with HeptaPay. I made a transaction (Transaction Reference #: HP-041425681D) that was cancelled and refunded without any prior notice or proper explanation. I was later told it was due to "fraud concerns"—a vague and alarming reason to give without any clear evidence or elaboration.
Despite being informed of a refund, it has been days and the money has not reflected in my account. I have sent multiple emails requesting proof of refund and further clarification, but there has been no response. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable for a financial service provider.
If HeptaPay values its users, then transparency, timely communication, and respectful customer service should be non-negotiable. Until I receive proper documentation and my money is returned, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
