HeptaPay is an Online Agent for Mobile Money in East Africa. We allow customers to transfer money from their debit or credit cards into MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and M-PESA in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. A customer is not required to sign up with HeptaPay in order to transact. HeptaPay accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit cards from anywhere in the world.

I registerd with HeptaPay , I tried three times to send money to m pesa but it failed. I put the correct card details but it dont work. I wrote a e mail and get a answer on Sunday in less than two hours. They say dont use VPN and ask the Bank if they accept HeptaPay payments

Rudolf, we are sorry the M-Pesa transfer did not go through after several attempts. Card payments can sometimes fail because of card security rules, VPN/proxy usage, or because the issuing bank does not currently allow payments through HeptaPay. We are glad that you were eventually able to transact M-PESA to Kenya.

Scam Alert
I made a transaction Transaction ID #HP-041026EZ20| and they deducted the money but the transaction didn’t go through . I contacted them but they are saying it didn’t authenticate but I got charged on my end yet the money didn’t go through. I still haven’t gotten my money back.
After all this I emailed and they said they have no record of the transaction and that I will not be given any further replies mind you they had already admitted to refunding.

Service Unavailable
This is not a service to rely on constantly or for emergencies! Their service is always down! "Service Unavailable" status after every few minutes! They should simply close down if they can't keep their service running constantly.
