We had a very positive experience with Taha today. He was extremely efficient and handled all our belongings with great care and attention. Despite the heavy rain, the move was completed smoothly and without any stress. It was by far the easiest and most stress-free move we’ve had so far. We would highly recommend Taha and Hellovan service, we would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Communication from Hello Vans throughout the entire process was excellent and faultless. Thank you once again.

Hellovans driver will harrass you and message you and customer's will laugh at you if you dare to complained. I still have the text message from the driver and still after blocking he kept messaging me. Worst company ever.

My experience with this company was absolutely awful. I booked 2 people to move roughly 75sqft of belongings from our flat to our storage unit (10min driving). I did all the packing ahead of them arriving, except the mattress and the tv and everything was stored between the bedroom and the living room so easy to collect. I even brought a large portion of the belongings downstairs myself to assist the movers. I was expecting the move to take 2h so I took the hourly rate of £75/hour. I recognise that was too ambitious and this might have required 3h of work but that should have been the maximum. The service was so slow that it ended up taking 7hrs which cost me an extortionate additional amount of £479. The movers asked me to pay that amount on another bank account than the one I paid the deposit to. It was called "Baktiar Removal London Limited", which was very strange. They asked me to pay the additional sum while my items were in their van, the storage company where we were moving the items to were about to close and they explained to me that they wouldn't unload the van before I paid them so it felt I had no choice but to accept. Even after paying for all of these extra hours, they stopped working at around 5pm and left me with 60% of my belongings outside the storage unit claiming this was time for them to leave. I had to pay them an extra £75 on that same bank account to get them to finish the job. The overall total cost of my move including the deposit was therefore £614. I feel extremely uncomfortable about this. We don't have that much money and it is clear they abused from their position. I recommend to avoid this company at all cost. I am thinking about submitting an official complaint against them. I think the people working at the storage facility could also confirm that the movers have been abusive.

I could not rave more about Ali and his team!

They contacted me the day before removal to introduce themselves and re-confirm arrival time.
On the day of removal they were right on time, came in and assessed the load to be moved and talked through number of rounds needed with the van.
They disassembled and reassembled all bulky furniture and moved all items with great care.
The whole job was done in 3.5 hours (moving a 1 bedroom flat with full set of furniture).
Ali and his team were friendly and respectful and had a smile on their faces the whole way through. Could not recommend more!!

The pair were efficient, and they handled all my belongings (sofas, bed, multiple boxes) very well. Booking was straight forward, too, and I received good communication from Ali the day prior to confirm the team’s arrival. Thank you very much!

Mehdi and his team were great! They moved a heavy sofa up 3 flights of stairs, including helping us take doors of hinges without issue. I would highly recommend them as movers. They handled all the equipment carefully to ensure no damage.
