I had the pleasure of speaking with the Customer Excellence Team and had every concern of mine addressed as well as resolved. I appreciate the timely response and look forward to resuming my business with your company.

**Initial Inquiry**
I called on 3/8/22 (678-506-0269)@ approximately 12:20pm (CST) and had the unfortunate experience of being paired with an associate by the name of "Alicia". I had completed enrollment and received confirmation emails regarding the 'pending approval', and 'application approved'. Upon waiting days before reaching out to customer service and monitoring my online banking for the first scheduled payment, nothing had occurred thus rendering my rent late and accruing the fee. Speaking with Alicia, I immediately got the sense of poor telecommunication skills which prompted me to dance around her rude tone to get the proper help or response. I expressed my grievances concisely and was met with, "I can't find your information anywhere in the system. You will just have to reapply." As stated, I was already equipped with the user dashboard and login credentials with affirming emails. Seeing as I tried to take care of my personal business during my lunch break, I lost the opportunity to eat by being put on hold and met with appalling customer service. The primary reason for my response is not only for the associate, but because this company promotes safeguarding your rent for the roof over your head and turns around and loses your information that is of upmost paramount ;such as my banking information. If you had the opportunity to read this through, you more than likely read the terms of service and understand how ALOT of your information is being stored and used. My trust has been breached however, I look forward to speaking to upper management for further clarification on their systems. If user error were to blame, I would not mind providing an apology, but this needs to be reconciled in a timely manner.

Bad experience

Hello till at first when I started with them it went smoothly then when December came around one of the customer service representative told me exactly that from now on I will start paying my regular 601 every time I get paid so I said cool..January came around I seen that my account said I would pay 601 but then when it came to them taking my money they took 851…so I went to my account and seen that in the next 14 days they will take another 851 out…which is basically 1700 a month remind you my rent is 1157..so I called them because this is not the first time this has happen..so I called no answer by the way called them multiple times..I even emailed them stating that I just wanted to close my account because I felt like it was always something every month so still no response until 3 days later they finally wrote me back stating that they closed my account and took my autopay off..it was like they was hurting me more taking so much out every single time I get paid..this has been the worse experience I ever had..even some of the customer service representative couldn’t answer some of my questions..bad experience!

Fantastic program

Fantastic program! it helped my delinquent residents catch up on their rent and stay current. Also, Arthur is amazing! I have been working with him directly for over a year now. He is always available when I need assistance or have any questions. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of with anything I may need.

Till Partnership --

We have partnered with Till for several years. Their platform aligned with our mission of giving our residents an opportunity to avoid late fees and to pay their rent as they received their paychecks. As well as providing a method whereby as their income increased, Till allowed the resident to move to paying their rent actually on time by the late day but saving/setting monies aside for the upcoming Rent payment. All the while integrating with our property management system for seamless posting of the resident payments. The Till team is continually evolving and upgrading and providing additional tools that will allow our residents to gain control over they "budgets" and prepare them for their next step of homeownership. This has been a wonderful partnership from the inception.

Till has had a meaningful impact on our business over the past several years; partnering with our residents with solutions that makes sense for them, and us. We have collected millions of dollars in rent over the past 18 months that would have otherwise gone uncollected, and potentially displaced numerous residents, who are now secure in their apartment homes after an unprecedented set of circumstances that affected so many of them. We are committed to a long term partnership with Till as we continue to grow our own business in workforce housing.

Till is that option people need!

Till has been a great option for our residents especially during the pandemic. It is super helpful for our teams to provide an option for those residents who may need it during a difficult time. I truly enjoy the dashboard Till provides as that helps me check off what residents are utilizing the program during non-compliance time. Till's team is also super about letting us know when someone comes on or comes off their program. Overall, we have enjoyed our partnership with Till and all their employees.

Implementing Till across our portfolio…

Implementing Till across our portfolio gave us a product to assist residents with flexible management of rent payments and had an almost immediate positive effect on our receivables. Till implementation is easy, the company is nimble and responds quickly to feedback. Till offers ongoing support to the portfolio and individualized property assistance as need should arise. Great people to work with and a valuable service to have for multi-family on any class of asset.

Awesome financial amenity for residents!

We had a great launch with Till! We initially tested the business out with 3 communities and saw 100% of our residents who remained active on the Credit Builder! After roll out to our full portfolio, only a small percentage opted out of Credit Builder and have already expressed interest in their Piggy Bank platform. Overall, it's been a great free amenity we have been able to provide to our residents.

We recently rolled out Till throughout our entire portfolio. The process was incredibly easy and the Till team took on almost all of the rollout and implementation burden. The positive feedback that we have been receiving has been incredible and it feels really good to provide a great service based amenity for our residents!

Till has been a valuable partner with us over the past year and a half as we navigated through some of the most interesting months I've experienced in multifamily living. Residents really appreciated alternatives for rent payments and the fact that we adopted more flexible approaches for them to keep their homes and protect their good payment history.

Till has been an amazing opportunity for our residents to have the peace of mind to budget their income and also gain positive traction to their credit reports. We have seen over the past year a decline in our delinquency as residents have been enrolled into the program and take advantage of all of the levels that Till has to offer.

It Doesn't Get Better Than Till!

Till has been a phenomenal resource for my team and my residents! As a platform that allows residents to pay on their schedule and moves the management burden off the on-site team, there is no better program I can think of that is more well-rounded for everyone involved. Till has been instrumental in taking what used to be a confrontational part of property management, delivering eviction notices, and made it a pleasant conversation when residents answer the door. We now have a solution for them to stay in their home versus simply creating a problem for them. On the customer service front, Till is the perfect example of a "Yes" company. Never have I encountered an entire company that is so willing to make things work for both residents and management. Using Till is a no-brainer unless you simply like to make things difficult for yourself! I'm proud to say that I will be taking Till to wherever I go in my career!
