I ordered some footwear, that arrived promptly. The item I received was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations in looks and quality. Unfortunately they did not fit and the larger size had sold out, I returned my purchase and received a hassle free and incredibly prompt full refund. I’m sorry you feel that way. You order a pair of flip flops and selected FREE shipping over purchases that are over £100. When I pointed this out and requested you pay shipping and you did not want to and would like a refund we did so immediately. There is nothing unprofessional and we did as you requested immediately.
