I ordered some shoes online in August. They were delivered to the local shop. The shies were not true to size and I was told that I could not have a refund as I had purchased them in the sale

Bought boots from Vanessa’s on 15/9/22.tried them on liked them, asked price .was told £149.I said I would have them. As I work local to the shop I was given £10 discount making the boots £139, happy with this ..
When I got home 10 minutes later I tried the boots again and was about to remove the tickets when I saw a sale sticker clearly marked £149 now £75 !!
I went straight back to shop and showed Vanessa. She told me the sticker shouldn’t be on the boots as they were new stock!!! I said several times that it’s on the boots clearly stating the sale price and if I had noticed it when I tried them on she would have had to sell me at that price !!! She said “well you didn’t see it did you ,?I’ll take the ticket off!”
On her website they are showing the boots now at £70, although they are sold out ..
I rang the supplier and they said they are last years stock!
They were obviously in the sale !!!
No apology …Really not a good attitude ☹️-1. Poor

I love every pair of Vanessa shoes that I own. The suedes and leathers are always of the best quality and the designs and colours are heavenly.

Absolutely love this boutique. The shoes are so colourful and unusual. I have never seen so many different Havianas too. There is a real class to the shop as you walk in and Vanessa is always so welcoming. I love my boots and always get so many compliments when I wear them. Can’t wait to see what’s new in store next 😍😍
