Good quality garments, good brand, cool designs. honestly I f with them hella, everything I've ordered has been here next day or the day after. A tiny bit inconsistent with sizing for the shorts but no issues caused. Just restock the white cargos because they're too fire to not have and maybe the malboro knit in a XXL ;)

The training was very hands on, professional and informative. Jess was great at answering questions as well knowledgeable about all the protocols. She was a great trainer for the team!

Parcel was left on the pavement and HCW refused to offer a replacement or refund, failing their duty as a merchant, and my bank had to recover my money for me. Now I’ve got my refund I am forced to shop elsewhere because I need something for a gift this week. Unfortunately HCW won’t be getting my custom.

Nice designs but not worth the hassle, plus Ruby from customer service was pretty useless. Skye seems decent though so the 1 star I gave is for her only, judging by the other reviews their customer service model needs to change.

Recently purchased their black and red track set, all in all very comfortable great design except for just a few major issues.
First of all and what’s made me make this review is the lack of quality of the knit, advertised as 100% cotton but on the label of the knot it says, 56% acrylic, 28% PBT and 16% nylon, have tried emailing but 0 response.
Now on to the jeans, pockets are majorly small I can only just fit my hand in very tight, and the button at the top you kinda have to force in the hole in order to get it in. For items that costs £100 I expected better quality.

Got charged a fat amount of customs fees although they state that all taxes are included. Their customer service keeps changing the story from I shouldnt have to pay customs, to since it got delivered everything is fine, to my previous order being under £20 (which it wasn't, it was £45) and that being the reason I had to pay customs now, to I can not accept delivery so it gets send back (although they previously said they saw it had been delivered). Now I don't have any other choice then paying the fat fee, and that all for a sweater with such bad quality it started pilling during the first wear. So disappointed in their quality and unprofessional customer service.
