We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll always have someone to talk to. #2. Every step of the way, we’ll explain all the options available to you. We’ll give you all the time you need to feel confident about making the right choices for you. Together we can create a completely unique and personalised service – the way you want it to be. #3. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. Highly recommend Lower Holyhead Road team
I used the brand at Lower Holyhead Road for my mum's funeral and they were amazing. From Janice who met me at the branch to make all the arrangements, to the lady who showed up to the chapel of rest to visit mum, to Georgette and her team who led the funeral on the day. I cannot fault any of the staff or organisation. They were dignified, professional and kind at all times. Communication in the run up to the funeral was second to none, and they took all the worry away from me. Highly recommend!

My father recently passed away
My father recently passed away. The staff at Heart of England Co-op Funerals were very supportive and compassionate. They ensured all my fathers wish’s were met. Since I live out of country they were very informative and helpful.

Jackie’s Passing
Tracey made this very sad time bearable and looked after us well. Nothing was too much trouble. 10/10
David Mills the Celebrant who controlled the Service also deserves a mention. He was very friendly and caring both before and after the Service and I think he was also 10/10
Overall I would recommend Heart of England and David Mills to anyone grieving a loved one.
