Very poor service and a horrible experience.

They failed to properly confirm stock when I placed my order. A week later, there were still no updates, the item hadn’t been shipped, and I was then informed that it was actually out of stock.

Their customer service team was extremely poor, and requesting a refund turned into a long and unnecessarily painful process.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Placed order 10 days ago and nothing arrived after saying deliver will take 3-5 days. Phone calls go unanswered and now waiting on a refund . Would not recommend anyone deal with this company

No satisfaction at all. Apart from order received, no contact. No update that items not in stock. When contacted, was told order was dispatched but no tracking number. Was told I would be contacted. Nothing. Finally after much reaching out, was told about the lack of stock and asked about refund. Was told there would be a refund but then told refund had been cancelled. Charitable explanation is that he became flustered and misspoke. Now told refund should appear in 2 to 5 days. Not a good experience, no stars at all would be better. Shall wait to see if refund does arrive.

Ordered a small light package on 6 Nov, got stung with a 14.95 shipping charge (supposedly from Melbourne). Received a confirmation email straight away but as of today 23 Nov, nothing! No shipping sent, nothing! Seems like a scam! Glad I paid with PayPal I would feel like my details had been compromised. AVOID
