The Service Rep (Andre Butler) professionalism's is/was outstanding. Patience was unbelievably. To assure he was answering my questions, concerns, and issues, he would rephrase my questions to ensure that I was given the best health coverage that addressed my medical needs. Afterwards, we reviewed the plan for coming year. Originally, I was just going to remain with my present plan. However, after Mr. Butler provided me with the options with your agency, I changed my decision and went with AETNA.
