The Service Rep (Andre Butler) professionalism's is/was outstanding. Patience was unbelievably. To assure he was answering my questions, concerns, and issues, he would rephrase my questions to ensure that I was given the best health coverage that addressed my medical needs. Afterwards, we reviewed the plan for coming year. Originally, I was just going to remain with my present plan. However, after Mr. Butler provided me with the options with your agency, I changed my decision and went with AETNA.

I found a professional, knowledgeable Medicare Rep in Debra Camacho
I was in need of a knowledgeable Medicare Health advisor to guide me through the 2027 sign up & program changes. I had the pleasure to connect with Ms. Debra Camacho. Debra is very personable, kind,& knowledgeable of the Medicare programs. She suggested the correct Plans that fit my needs & budget.
I am very grateful to know Debra. She'll be an asset for me as I journey through Medicare programs & changes. Debra has a kind voice, she's patient and explains the programs well; and she works with my Budget.
