No problem with the video chat

No problem with the video chat, very easy, understood all my symptoms.
Confirmed I was to be referred to my consultant Dr Greer at Spire Wellesley Southend
However received an e-mail to advise I was booked into Springfield with another consultant, which I subsequently cancelled. No idea why this appointment was made?

Good Experience

The physio that I met with was friendly and very knowledgeable and gave me some advice and exercises to try. The appointment was easy to make and took place on time. A very positive experience overall.

Quick and friendly service

Quick and friendly service. The physios are very nice and knowledgeable. The physio who went through the MRI results with me, (Ashokkumar) was extremely helpful. I asked him to write me note of my condition so that could give it to the physio to get the right support and exercises and he did that straightaway for me.

Hate Lucy

Hate Lucy, hate giving the same responses and answers again and again and again. I've already had multiple calls, filled out multiple forms, given referral documentation and I have to do it again? I just gave up in the end.

A Great Physio Experience!

Amanda is really friendly and approachable, and she immediately put me at ease. Her explanation of what had happened was easy to understand, and the exercises she has assigned me are easy to follow.

AXA simply deferred me back to NHS

I was hoping the using AXA health might speed things up but |I was simply referred back to my GP and NHS before anything can proceed. I've subsequently spoken to local GP and have to wait 3 weeks. Does make me question what AXA are providing if I need to go through NHS???
