Hawthorn & Co were fantastic from start to finish. Having initially found a house that we loved, they then offered to sell our flat alongside the purchase, and the support we received throughout the whole process was second to none.

Throughout the process, Jordan consistently went above and beyond without question, guiding us through every step, offering reassurance, stepping in when needed, and keeping us fully informed. He was a brilliant link between solicitors, managing communication, chasing things along and making sure everything was under control. We never felt left in the dark as he would always keep us in the loop through our shared WhatsApp chat, and it was such a comfort knowing that he was always one step ahead.

It was clear from the outset how genuinely invested Jordan was in our move, and that he cared just as much about getting us into our new home as we did.
