If only I could give 0 stars or even a minus score that would still flatter this absolute disgrace of a company.
I booked a 5 day service from the UK to the USA and it took 41 days. They have charged me twice for customs clearance (one has just been refunded) and charged me 70.27 for a failed collection. Driver stated he was here 15 minutes but was absolutely not and he tried to call me multiple times, again he absolutely did not. My neighbour said i would be 2 minutes and the driver said i haven't got time for this and drove off, (I was in the toilet).
All in all this shipment has been a disaster and Haulable simply do not care, I could have had sea freight at a fraction of the cost and it actually probably would have got to the USA quicker.
Avoid this company is my suggestion as i have been very badly let down and have had absolutely no accountability from them whatsoever.

The Igloo, was extremely well wrapped and protected from the elements and I found your Company to be very experienced and a delight to buy from!
Just cannot wait to see it erected and being disabled with really bad mobility I’m so looking forward to being out in it when the sun has gone down and I’m cosy in my garden house, with my darling Bonnie Cavapoo on my knee.

Said my pallet was oversized which it wasn’t then charge an extra £80 what a joke businesses are struggling and they rip you off absolutely disgusting Ryan has been outstanding with this to resolve the problem which seems to be more down to interparcel than haulable so the one star is down to interparcel not haulable which I would recommend

One of the worst transport companies my company has used I have been told multiple times they are picking my items up and don’t bother and keep making excuses even though they have been paid for it. Customer never received his Ad Blue before Christmas and now you cannot get a response out of them. Scammers poor poor service.
Work closely with National Pallets both of them are con artists. I don’t believe any of the reviews on here are genuine. They charge you to pick up pallets, then make excuses as to why they cannot deliver them. They claim the street has no access apart from vehicles weighing less than 7.5t. What a load of rubbish there isn’t a road sign in sight saying that.
Next one: different delivery. ‘We can’t get access to the road where the business pick-up is,’ even though we have multiple trucks visiting us daily, and we sent them proof of the road access to the site. They apologise and say they’ll resend the vehicle out, then try to charge you again as they claim it was a failed delivery attempt. Yet it’s their fault the delivery attempt never happened. It’s just a scam to get more money out of you.
Avoid this business like the plague — they’re not trustworthy.

Awful experience. Avoid this company. The pallet was collected 4 weeks later than the collection date provided and they lost it since then. The investigation has been going for 8 days now as they review CCTV to locate the pallet. Although they promised to 'keep us informed' we only ever got responses when we chased. We will aim to write a review every few days mentioning the current progress:
21st October – “your collection has been planned for today.”
31st October from Haulable “I’m currently following up with the depot to confirm the status of your consignment and will get back to you as soon as I receive an update.”
4th November from Haulable – “We’re currently following up with the assigned depot to obtain further updates on the status of your consignment. Rest assured, I’ll get back to you as soon as I receive any information”
18th November from Haulable - “I have now escalated the matter to my supervisor, as despite repeatedly chasing the depot, they have been unable to provide an update on the status of your consignment. Rest assured that we are actively monitoring this and will get back to you with further updates as soon as possible.”
19th November from Haulable – “The depot has just confirmed that the consignment has been collected and is currently en route from the Channel Islands. It is expected to arrive back on the mainland on Friday and will be trunked immediately upon receipt.”
26th November – “I am currently following up with the depot to confirm the current status of the pallet. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will provide you with an update as soon as possible.”
2nd December – “The depot has advised that they are currently conducting a search for your pallet. To assist with this process, could you please provide a photo of the pallet along with a brief description?”
3rd December – “The depot has advised that the collection depot reports the goods have been dispatched, while the delivery depot indicates they have not yet received them.”
11th December – “As advised by the depot, the CCTV footage from the hub has already been requested. Please bear with us while they carry out their investigation, as they process over 11,000 pallets each night.”
